Body on frame restored 1970 Chevelle Concours 6 passenger Wagon (no third seat). Documented rust free southern car. Brand new 1970 GM code 26 Mulsanne Blue paint with factory correct bright blue interior. Chrome parts re-plated or replaced. All rubber weather stripping replaced. Door jambs touched up but not repainted. 350ci motor with mild cam, Headman Headers, and duel Flowmaster exhaust. Motor appears to have been rebuilt at some point in its life but unsure when. T350 with a non posi "open" 12 bolt rear end with "eyebrow" diffrtential cover and factory front disc brakes. All fluids have been serviced, tune-up parts, belts, hoses and battery have been replaced. Functional cowl induction hood with hood pins, brand new BF Goodrich Radial T/A Redline tires on 15x8 GM rally wheels. Interior was completely disassembled and replaced with new carpet, seat covers, door panels, dash pad, headliner and GM walnut rally steering wheel. Brand new Retro Sound Classic RC-9000 Radio with correct 1970 Chevelle knobs and two front Stereo Sony speakers. It is a factory A/C car however at some point in its life someone removed the air conditioning components from under the hood. The Wagon does come with extra parts to include A/C compressor, lines and brackets. I also have extra wagon only trim parts, interior pieces, engine parts and a bunch of other wagon only stuff that go with the car.

New auto loans could soon extend out to 84 months

Cars and trucks are more expensive than ever before. In order to boost sales and help consumers afford new vehicles, automakers are offering longer and longer terms for auto loans. This past week, Bloomberg reported that FCA's Ram Trucks division is currently offering the longest loans. Some stretch to 73 months. Jeep, Fiat and Chevy aren't far behind. More noteworthy is that we'll likely soon see lenders moving from 73-month to 84-month loans. That's seven years worth of interest. More than two-thirds of US auto sales come from light trucks like the Ford F-150, Chevy Silverado and Ram 1500. The average transaction price of a new vehicle is well over $30,000. It's not difficult to spec out a heavily-optioned truck up to $60,000. Vehicles depreciate from the moment they roll off a dealer lot, and these six or seven-year loans could hurt consumers and lenders both in the long run. The U.S. Senate voted last week to kill rules that would prevent discriminatory auto lending. These Obama-era guidelines were meant to curtail lenders who offered higher loans based on race, religion, sex or national origin. Chevrolet Captiva looks mildly refreshed and ready for family duty

We showed you Chevrolet's major debut yesterday, the 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible, but General Motors is making a big push for Bowtie consideration in Europe, so it's also introducing the updated Captiva crossover here at the Geneva Motor Show.
While still based on the same platform as North America's fleet-only Captiva Sport (which is effectively a rebadged Saturn Vue), the Captiva is available in both five- and seven-seat iterations, and it looks far more modern. That's particularly the case with this updated model, which features revamped front- and rear ends that include restyled bumpers, grilles and LED taillamps, among other changes.
As before, the midsize Theta-platform CUV will be available in both front- and all-wheel drive, and is expected to carry a range of four- and six-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines. Important US programming note: Chevrolet sources tell us that America's Captiva Sport will not receive these updates.
