SS Steering wheel and cap are still in place, as well as most hideaway parts. Cocktail shakers in place, The BB only proportion valve beneatch drivers door is there. LL BB coded radiator with "68" still on it. . three vacuum nipple wiper motor etc. The trubo 400 is there. The transmission in the passenger seat is just a junk one, does not go with car, just old three speed. Don't even ask, you cant get my favorite pushbroom that is pictured as part of the deal. AM radio is still in it, the RS topof door trim still there. Most if not all stainless trim is still there. You only have to take what you want when you come and pick it up. Don't ask for VIN. Buyer will get to know that information...... 12 bolt and transmission are hard to find with correct codes.

By the way, just to stop squirrely people, Any transportation is up to the buyer.... This is not going to be an easy load, and that part is up to you. I will not be assisting your carrier. Not because Im a jerk, but because many transporters are undependable, and I cannot take time off for flaky transporters. I have one dependable transporter, N to S , but he does not do inops. You will need a winch at minimum on your trailer to load. Like I said though, just take what you want when you arrive, and leave the rest...No biggie... Disassembly is up to you ....Terms are cash on pick up, or cashiers check in advance, but the car will not move until funds have cleared, due to more flakes than I ever imagined......

Next Chevy Volt will be 2016 model and ride on new chassis
Fri, Mar 7 2014What do we know about the 2016 Chevy Volt? Well, for now, all we can do is try to put the puzzle together without the box. Thankfully, a new batch of pieces has arrived from a new report in Edmunds, which says that the 2016 model year will introduce the second generation of a car that hasn't been dramatically updated since it went on sale in 2010. The new Volt is getting an "evolutionary styling change" and will ride on a new front-drive platform that has been developed by General Motors. GM's Kevin Kelly told AutoblogGreen that he has "no comment on future products," but he did acknowledge that Chevrolet is working on a second-generation Volt, "but I can't say anything about timing." Everybody already knew that a next-gen Volt is coming, so that's not a surprise. What we don't know is any real concrete information on the car itself. The few tidbits of information we do have help define the outlines of the next version of Chevy's halo car, but they're not confirmed yet. For the record, they range from the eye-raising (a $10,000 price drop) to the logical (20 percent more electric range). We can't see the whole picture yet, but the pieces do point to the 2016 Volt, which would be released next year sometime, being a much bigger deal than the last update, when the Volt's range was increased by three electric miles thanks to a battery capacity increase of 16 kWh to 16.5.
Cadillac CT6 production ceases January 2020 as part of D-Ham layoffs
Fri, Dec 6 2019General Motors filed paperwork under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act with Michigan's Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity this week, detailing events to come at the automaker's Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Plant. Starting February 28, 814 salaried and hourly workers at D-Ham, as its called, will be laid off. The 753 workers represented by the UAW will begin receiving offers in January to relocate to facilities in Michigan and Ohio, or buyout offers. As the 4-million-square-foot plant winds down through April 3 to a skeleton crew, the Cadillac CT6 ceases production in January 2020, and the last Chevrolet Impala comes off the line on February 28. The loss of the CT6 represents the end of Cadillac's latest brief, and highly regarded, adventure into flagship sedans. It might also mean the end of the 4.2-liter Blackwing twin-turbo V8 engine, at least for the moment. Both casualties are calamities. The death of the Impala closes the door on a nameplate in production for 52 years since 1957, having started off as a top-tier trim for the 1958 Bel Air known as the Bel Air Impala, once advertised with the line, "Lets you know you're the boss." As part of the new four-year labor agreement with the UAW, GM is keeping D-Ham open to build a new line of battery-electric vehicles, ultimately investing $3 billion and tripling employment to 2,225 workers when fully operational. The agreement described the coming EV as a "van" that would commence production in late 2021, but various reports say what's actually coming is a range of premium EVs in pickup and SUV bodystyles under the program codename BT1. The easy predictions put an electric GMC Sierra and Cadillac Escalade among the EV fold, but not until 2023, according to auto industry forecaster LMC Automotive. Before that, LMC claims an electric van will debut in late 2021, along with a battery-powered rebirth of the Hummer brand in pickup and SUV forms, also in late 2021.Â
