This is my 1985 Chevrolet Camaro IROC Z28. It is the 305 TPI automatic with a 700R4 automatic transmission. It is a 4 wheel disc brake car. 113xxx miles, and is very solid. No rot in this car. Minor surface rust underneath but as stated, no rot, no holes anywhere in this car. The drivers side rear quarter panel was replaced because of a dent from the previous owner side swiping a pole. The quarter has been base coat painted to make it a 10 footer, but it needs to be sanded down and finished properly by someone who knows body work/paint. The rest of the body is nice, paint shines. The interior is in very nice shape, no cracks in dash pad. The car has no headliner. The car is bone stock with the exception of the removal of the smog pump, and the alpine cd player from circa 1995. 65-70% tread on all 4 tires
I will list what I have replaced on the car in the past 500 miles, have all reciepts.

The word BAG is keyed into trunk lid (think it said something else and was changed to BAG)
It will need a brake proportioning valve, the rear brakes do not engage as firmly as they should.
Good car and is daily driver capable right now, brakes are more than good enough to stop the car, but they aren't taking full advantage of the 4 wheel discs.
Car is for sale locally, and if reserve is met I will park it out back and consider it sold.

NHTSA closes book on Ford, GM probes of 600,000 vehicles
Thu, Nov 27 2014US safety regulators have closed a pair of investigations into some 500,000 Ford Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis and Marauder sedans built between 2004 to 2007, and 100,000 Chevrolet Impala models from 2014. The Ford investigation focused on rusting heat shields, which may become dislodged and jam the steering, according to Reuters. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration found that this happened very rarely. In fact, of the ten incidents filed with the government safety watchdog, six came from a single police department, which evidently had some sort of problem with its reporting. As for the Impala, the NHTSA investigators attributed two incidences of "unintended autonomous braking" to user error. In both cases, the vehicles were involved in rear-end collisions. According to GM investigators, it's believed that drivers accidentally activated the electric parking brake, causing the collisions. The vehicles in question were rental cars. 2016 Chevrolet Spark gleams in green in New York
Fri, Apr 3 2015Take one look at the 2016 Chevrolet Spark that's debuting at the 2015 New York Auto Show, and you can immediately see that the little hatchback is growing up. The previous long headlights and tall greenhouse are gone in favor of a slightly more conventional look that suits the enlarged overall size well. To address complaints about a lack of power from the current Spark's 1.2-liter engine, the latest model gets a larger 1.4-liter unit making 98 horsepower. It can be paired with a five-speed manual transmission, but for those looking to maximize fuel economy, a CVT offers an estimated 40 miles per gallon highway fuel economy. Beyond the new engine, there's an upgraded platform underneath with a longer wheelbase. The underpinnings are also more rigid, as well, to help improve handling and lower interior noise. Inside, the Spark now gets some physical controls to go along with the seven-inch MyLink infotainment system. A rearview camera is standard, which seems almost unnecessary is such compact model, and buyers can further enhance safety with tech like a Forward Collision Alert, Lane Departure Warning and Side Blind Spot Alert.
