Up for sale is my 1960 Chevrolet C10 Apache pickup. It is equipped with a 235ci 6cyl with a 4 speed manual transmission. The patina on this truck is absolutely perfect! The truck does have rust as you can tell from the photos. The bed of the truck is completely rotted out, all the wood and metal strips will need replaced if you choose to do so. A new clutch was installed recently and only has about 50 miles on it, it's easy to see just by looking under the truck that is is brand new. A new input shaft seal was installed as well. Brakes have been gone through and replaced some brake lines as well. It has been converted to alternator, no more generator. The engine fires right up every time, it's also the original inline 6 with approximately 89,xxx miles although the speedometer does not work due to the cable being broke. I purchased the truck from the second owner who has had it since 1973. It runs and drives just like it would have back in the 1960's. The rear glass is new with new a new seal, all windows roll up and down just as they should, doors open and close great too. The bench seat is in great condition as well as the rest of the interior, minus some rust spots on the floor.

Joe Flacco wins C7 Corvette along with MVP honors

As part of a longstanding tradition, the MVP of Super Bowl XLVII, Joe Flacco, quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, was given a new car directly after the game and trophy celebrations. For 2013, that car is a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, and it was presented to Flacco by Rick Flick of Banner Chevrolet, a dealership in New Orleans that was wiped out by Hurricane Katrina in 2005 before returning to prominence as the only Chevy dealer in Orleans Parish.
Last year, Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning took home a 2012 Corvette GS Centennial Edition. Manning also won in 2008, when he selected a Cadillac Escalade Hybrid as his reward. In 2011, quarterback Aaron Rodgers accepted the keys to a Camaro convertible.
Though we're most definitely an auto-obsessed group, we did watch the Big Game along with nearly everyone else in America. And we've gotta say, as if winning the Super Bowl and receiving the Tiffany-designed Pete Rozelle Trophy wasn't enough for the multi-millionaire MVP athletes, a brand-new C7 seems like an awfully generous prize. GM alerting truck and sedan owners to a do-over on brake recall

A recall campaign intended to address issues with braking systems on certain 2019 General Motors trucks and sedans may have introduced a new issue, the automaker has acknowledged, and thousands of owners driving repaired vehicles may need to return to their service departments for another update.Â The update addresses a fix that was pushed out to owners of more than half a million brand-new GM trucks and sedans that could potentially lose partial braking function, according to the Detroit Free Press. The original software fix helped address situations where the vehicles' anti-lock braking systems would become disabled, which in turn would prevent electronic stability control from activating. Vehicles subject to the recall would often experience software glitches that prevented them from properly communicating the operational state of these systems, meaning drivers would have no idea that their brakes may not behave as expected in an emergency. The 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Cadillac CT6, and GMC Sierra 1500 were all recalled in the original campaign.Â Unfortunately, the early version of this fix appears to have introduced yet another software glitch, indicating that the original fix did not do the trick. Those who have not yet had their cars serviced can rest easy; they will only receive the most up-to-date version of the software fix.Â Related video Â Â
