2009 Chevy Malibu - 4 Cylinder 2.4L with 89,350 miles on the body/chasis and 14,300 miles on the new engine. The original engine was replaced by a Chevy dealership on 4/3/2012 after they forgot to put oil in the car during an oil change. Can provide the documentation from Chevy.

Vehicle is in great condition. Female Owner/driver. Cloth interior is free of smoke, tears and stains. All tires have been replaced and only minor scuff on the rims. This vehicle was maintained well and all maintenance is up to date.

Car was hit on the passenger side while accelerating after a green light going 15mph. The passenger side fender and wheel had minor repairs.

I love this car however I have relocated to the city and won't be needing it.

Texas sues GM, saying it tricked customers into sharing driving data sold to insurers

Texas filed a lawsuit Tuesday against GM over years of alleged abuse of customers' data and trust. New car owners were presented with a "confusing and highly misleading" process that was implied to be for their safety, but "was no more than a deceptively designed sales flow" that surrendered their data for GM to sell. The suit contends that at no point was selling driving data ever even suggested as a possibility, putting GM in violation of the state's consumer protection laws. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is seeking a jury trial and at least $10,000 per offense (every GM car sold in the state since 2015) and a hefty add-on of $250,000 in cases where the victim was over 65. Texas seems to be flying high after a recent $1.4 billion settlement from Meta over other privacy concerns. This may well be a way to solve any pending budgetary issues in the Lone Star State.

2016 Chevy Camaro Convertible coming on June 24

With the new sixth-generation Chevy Camaro now upon us, Chevrolet is gearing up to drop the top on the new 2016 Camaro Convertible, previewed in this latest teaser video. There isn't much to go on from this short clip – the new convertible will feature a fully automated folding roof that will retract at the push of a button. Beyond that, we expect it to carry over the same features as the hardtop version we've already seen. Chevy is due to unveil what it calls "the most innovative Camaro Convertible ever" just a couple of days from now, so watch this space.
