If you have been looking for a beautiful Cobalt SS with the newer 260hp Turbocharged engine that hasn't been raced out then you are going to LOVE my 2009 model that is all stock and like new inside and out! The 2009 models have the far more desireable higher output 260hp turbocharged engine instead of the less powerful 200hp supercharged earlier models. The 2009 and newer models are very hard to come by and to find one that is all stock and not raced out and one that looks like this one is a rare find. And this Chevy is still under factory warranty to 100k miles or December of this year! This Cobalt SS has a clean Autocheck report showing no accidents or problems and it is a true rust free Florida car. It received a great score of 86 points out of an average rating of between 67-78 points so you know it has a great history. It was actually owned by our local Chevy dealers general manager who kept it well serviced. And being a true Florida car even the underside is still like new, you won't find that on any northern vehicle. I bought it straight from Chevy as well, NO auctions! What a sharp looking car in person as well as the pictures. The red all original Chevy paint has a nice deep shine with no dents, scrapes, fade or rust. The red color in person is just beautiful. The factory aluminum wheels are in great shape as well and there are front Brembo brakes for superior braking. The tires are matching with fair tread remaining. This Cobalt SS has the larger factory rear spoiler as well for a nice look. The interior is spotless with no stains, rips or odors and this is a non-smoker's car as well so it is very fresh inside. This SS has the optional two tone sport interior that is very attractive. The sport seats are comfortable with lot's of side support to hold you in on tight turns and they have "SS" stitching on them for a cool look. The whole interior is in great shape and obviously well cared for and all the power options work great including the ice cold air conditioning and CD stereo with factory sub that sounds wonderful. Again, look at the pictures, this is a sharp looking car. What a blast to drive, very, very quick. The powerful 260hp 4cyl engine runs smooth as silk and should with these low miles (still under warranty) and it delivers 23mpg in town and much more on the highway! The 5-speed shifts nice and smooth and the clutch is easy to push and in great shape. The sport suspension is nice and tight with no shakes or rattles and really makes this car handle great and makes driving lot's of fun. The Brembo brakes are smooth as well and very powerful. It really is a fun package and very dependable as well. I also have the factory books and a key with remote. Look it over good and I am sure once you see it in person and take it for a spin around the block you are sure to fall in love and being a fully serviced, rust free, accident free, adult owned, all stock Florida Cobalt SS turbocharged with good miles you are sure to be in love for a long, long time! 2016 Chevy Colorado grabs Motor Trend Truck of the Year award

It's not an easy feat to win Motor Trend Truck of the Year twice in a row, but the 2016 Chevrolet Colorado managed to do just that. Thanks to the introduction of the 2.8-liter Duramax four-cylinder diesel, the magazine decided to bring the pickup back to defend the title. In more good news for the Bowtie brand, the 2016 Camaro earned the magazine's Car of the Year award. The Colorado beat a tough group of finalists to earn the nod this year, including its GMC Canyon sibling. The Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra also made this year's list. The Nissan Titan XD and latest Toyota Tacoma rounded out the challengers. A model had to shine in six criteria to earn the title: advancement in design, engineering excellence, safety, efficiency, value, and performance of intended function. Like it did with the Camaro, Motor Trend posted a story online that explained the rationale for picking the Colorado again. They praised the diesel profusely and lauded the whole platform as quite a capable hauler. This year's Motor Trend SUV of the Year honor went to the Volvo XC90. The Swedish 'ute had to win against an initial group of 16 candidates that the magazine eventually whittled down to finalists that consisted of the Honda Pilot, Lincoln MKX, the combined Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class and GLE Coupe, and Nissan Murano. "Seven-passenger people movers aren't supposed to drive like this," senior features editor Jonny Lieberman said about the Volvo in the announcement of the champions. The Honda CR-V won last year. In the explanation online, the judges applauded the XC90's new modular platform, and they loved both the T6 twin-charged engine and T8 hybrid version. The SUV's key enamored the writers, too.
