I have the right to end this listing at anytime because I plan on using all my resources to sell this vehicle thru other sites and other avenues. If a cash buyer shows up I will sell it and cancel this auction that's just a heads up! I have a 1972 4 door chevelle Malibu super clean get ready for alot of attention! 24" white rims fresh spotless paint job (white with black rally stripes)/350 engine/350 trans, runs good, Interior is very nice but it does have some wear and tear on the front bench seat. Front door handle sticks at times may need to be replaced no biggie. Front driver door arm rest will need to be restored nothing major. Bottom floor board has some rust but still very soild. Again these are 24 inch rims and have some some minor scratches still very nice. The big radio seen in the picture will not come with the car. I hvae a CD player installed already just not the big face seen in the picture.  AC blows cold, this is a  summer time head turner, my lost your gain! Trust me this car wont be listed long, I truly hate selling it.... Every time I take this car out everyone stops me and compliments the car. All glass is there with no cracks or chips. All the gauges work. The car has a clean title. NOT salvaged or wrecked! Shipping and Payment: I expect a non-refundable $500 good faith payment at the close of the auction. I also expect full payment no later then 5 calendar days after the close of the auction. No Paypal! eBay already get's enough money out of us. You can pay by bank account, cash, cashiers check, money order and all payments can be made in person if desirable. Shipping is the cost of the buyer! I will not pay for shipping! Shipping usually costs about $500 to $1000. I've bought cars on eBay before and that's what I usually pay. I will work with whatever transporter you use. Because from my experiences I know they say they will pick up in a week and they don't show up for 12 days! Then they say they will deliver in 1 week and it takes 10 days! Knowing I understand this you don't have to worry about me calling you and screaming for you to pick the car up or else! We're all good on the pick up. I will overnight the title to you as soon as payment is received and cleared.

Next Corvette ZR1 to get 700 horsepower?

Tue, 19 Feb 2013

Word has it General Motors may offer as much as 700 horsepower in the C7 Corvette ZR1. Motor Trend reports the next Corvette Z06 will continue to rely on its naturally aspirated 7.0-liter V8 engine for thrust, but the lump will deliver substantially more power. How much more? MT says the engine could deliver up to 600 ponies. That's a jump of 95 horsepower over the current Z06, though no figures have been finalized as of yet. Right now, GM is reportedly waiting to see what sort of grunt it can glean from the next ZR1.
The automaker has already made it clear it will resurrect the LT5 name for the new supercharged V8, and if GM is already pulling 600 from the Z06, the big dog ZR1 would theoretically offer 700 horsepower. Either way, the range-topping Corvette will be suitably insulated from its less potent siblings. Stay tuned. We aren't likely to see the Z06 for at least a year, with the ZR1 trailing along at some point there after.

Watch a 2015 Corvette Z06 run the quarter in 11.7 seconds

Sun, Dec 28 2014

We're not writing about this because it's an amazing run, we're writing about it because it appears to be the first run. Someone took a 2015 Corvette Z06 to Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, Texas and blasted it down through the quarter mile. It's still wearing the dealer number in wax pen on the windshield and dealer plates, so this example is fresh from the mold. It's also a seven-speed manual. General Motors said the row-your-own Z06 can do the 'strip in 11.2 seconds, and they undoubtedly had a professional driver and more than one run to set that time. To have Just Some Guy show up at the raceway and do an 11.7 at 120.54 mph on his first run means we expect good things to come as Z06s get delivered to their owners. Check out the run in the video.

C7 Corvette makes inaugural ad appearance in Chevy's first spot with new slogan

Mon, 11 Feb 2013

Chevrolet's "Runs Deep" tagline has finally been run into the ground, replaced with the Bowtie brand's "Find New Roads" slogan that's part of parent General Motors' plan to unify its everyday brand's marketing efforts worldwide. The new Chevrolet campaign was ushered in on prime time last night during the Grammy Awards on CBS, and the first spot, a 90-second full-line ad, also marks the first appearance of the 2014 Corvette Stingray in a commercial.
Being a full-line ad, the commercial is composed of vignettes centered on different vehicles in the brand's lineup. The all-new 2014 Impala also makes its first commercial appearance in dapper fashion, and time is spent on a skateboarding Sonic and a bouquet of brightly colored Spark hatchbacks driven by fashionable women. The ad starts and ends with Chevy's green halo car, the Volt, along with a young girl with her robotic dog (yes, really).
Chevrolet's "Runs Deep" campaign got off to a rocky start in the fall of 2010, but it did last for a couple of years with some tweaks. This new one, "Find New Roads" seems more intent on drawing new customers into the fold than the outgoing tagline, which seemed to play more toward the brand faithful. It admittedly reminds us more than a little the short-lived "Find Your Own Road" Saab motto (which, we note, was conceived while the Swedish brand was under GM's control), but no matter, we still think it's got more long-term potential than "Runs Deep."
