Hi I'm selling my 1969 Chevelle BIG BLOCK SS396 4 Speed clone. The car was recently painted LeMans blue with painted white rally stripes and SS/396 badges.

The interior is in really good shapes, it has the SS dash, console shifter and bucket seats. I recently installed 3" dual exhaust that is connected to hedman headers so the car sounds like a beast. Big block 396 with a Holley 4 barrel carb runs strong and starts right up every time, the M21 4 speed transmission shifts excellent when you go through the gears. The car has power brakes with disc brakes in front and drums in back. Overall she is great muscle car, and a joy to drive. There is also a bunch of billet accessories that was installed over time. Recently updated the wheels to 16" all chrome rally wheels with new tires.

She is all ready for the upcoming season just get in turn the key and go...

Why Cadillac thinks it needs to succeed in Europe to sell cars elsewhere

Ward's Auto has taken an interesting look at the renewed focus General Motors is showing towards Cadillac in Europe. Susan Docherty, president and managing director of Chevrolet and Cadillac in Europe (pictured), says in order for the luxury brand to thrive in China, it first needs to succeed in the old country. The reason? Chinese buyers look to Europe for cues as to what's deemed worthy of the term "luxury." There are hurdles to the plan, however. In addition to the fact that the EU is flooded with high-end nameplates, GM doesn't necessarily have the distribution network in place to put buyers behind the wheel.
Combine that with persistent economic woes and Cadillac's checkered past marred by a lack of diesel engine options and a bankrupt distributor, and the road ahead for the brand looks like less of an uphill climb and more like a straight-up cliff face. MotorWeek's Retro Review series gives us a nostalgic look back at some of the best sports cars and luxury sedans available in the 1980s and '90s. For its latest clip, the show shifts gears to remember the 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon. Similar to the success of crossovers today, SUVs were tallying big sales and making big money for automakers in the mid-'90s. The Tahoe and Yukon filled slots in the market as steps down from the larger Suburban. These twins weren't wanting for space, though, with plenty of room to haul around a family. MotorWeek came away generally impressed too, and called the models some "of the better riding sport utilities we've ever experienced." This review comes with some jazzy, electric guitar licks to enjoy in the background.
