I PUT ALL NEW STRUTS AND SPRINGS ALL THE WAY AROUND IT.THE ALL BRAKES AND SPARK PLUG WIRES ARE LIFETIME.I ALSO HAD TO REPLACE ALL OR PART OF THE EXHAUST SYSTEM.THE CATALYTIC WAS NOT ON THE CAR WHEN I GOT IT.I BOUGHT THIS CAR ON EBAY FROM A TOWING COMPANY. THE CAR WAS TOWED IN AND THE OWNER NEVER PAID THE BILL. FOR THE TOW COMPANY TO GET THE TITLE OF THE CAR THEY HAD TO WAITE TILL THE STORAGE AND TOW BILLS TO EXCEED 50% OF THE CARS VALUE.THE CAR HAD TO GO THUR INSPECTION AND WAS BRANDED SALVAGE. THE CAR WILL NEED SOME WORK TO BE BACK ON THE ROAD.THE CAR WAS BROKE INTO LAST WEEK AND THE STEREO WAS STOLEN.THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR LOCK WAS DUG OUT.THEIR IS SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE CAR.YOU CAN ALSO SEE IT HAS B AND N SHIFTER.THE CAR DOES HAVE POWER WINDOWS AND DOOR LOCKS,TILT STEERING.I KNOW THE BACK DRIVERS SIDE SPRING DOES NEED REPLACED AND I THINK ITS UNDER WARRANTY AT AUTO ZONE.THE AFTER MARKET TAIL LIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED SINCE THEY FIT MY NEW CAVALIER.I WILL ALSO BE SWAPPING THE BATTERIES OUT.THE CAR DOES NEED A GOOD CLEANING.I DO HAVE THIS CAR FOR SALE LOCAL AND I HAVE THE RIGHT TO END THIS AUCTION ANYTIME IF THE CAR WAS TO SELL.PLEASE DO NOT WAITE TO THE END TO ASK ANY QUESTION AS I WORK A FEW JOBS.I ALSO HAVE IT STORED IN MY BUDDYS GARAGE. Why the Corvette's Performance Data Recorder can be illegal in some states

The Performance Data Recorder with Valet Mode available on the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray seems like a fantastic tool for many owners. Whether they are taking 720p video while lapping the track in their new 'Vette, or just want to protect their purchase from inconsiderate joyriders, the system offers a lot of functionality in one package. However, one of the PDR's features might get buyers in trouble with the law, and it has nothing to do with recording some illicit high-speed driving on a favorite back road. The problem hinges on the various state laws concerning a person's right to privacy.
According to a letter posted by Jalopnik, Chevy dealers are asking 2015 Corvette owners not to use the Valet Mode portion of the PDR because it records audio in the cabin, in addition to performance specs. That's a problem because privacy laws vary from state to state with some requiring just one side's consent to tape sound and others requiring all parties to agree. According Jalopnik, 15 states mandate everyone's permission beforehand, but it's not clear whether these numbers are up to date. (Actually, the report varies, saying 13 states in some places and 15 in a list.)
According to the letter, Chevy is already working on a software update for the near future to rectify the issue. It's possible that simply adding a warning to drivers and the ability to turn off the audio recording function in Valet Mode might solve the problem. Obviously, this doesn't preclude Corvette drivers from using the performance aspect of the PDR, and owners are free tape lap after lap at the track.

Chevy Silverado Midnight Edition, Custom ready to stand out in pickup line

Chevrolet spent its Chicago Auto Show introducing a pair of fullsize pickups that promise image-conscious buyers a truck experience that goes beyond the standard range, with the murdered-out Midnight Edition and the um, not murdered-out, Custom. Let's start with the Custom, which adds 20-inch alloys, as well as chrome bumpers, mirror caps and door handles to the Silverado LS. Available in both V6 and V8 varieties, and with the customer's choice of two- or four-wheel drive, the Silverado Custom is the decidedly mellower example of Chevy's special edition styling. The Midnight Edition, meanwhile, throws subtlety out the window with a menacing set of visual upgrades. Based on the Z71, the Midnight adds 18-inch wheels, a spray-in bedliner and unique Z71 and Bowtie badges, all in black, of course. The front and rear bumpers, headlamp bezels, tow hooks, mirror caps and door handles, are also finished in the stealthy shade.
