Vehicle had 6 Miles on it when I took delivery on July 2nd, 2009 and has been pampered ever since.  The car is a little over 3.5 years old with only roughly 28,759 miles.  I detail cars and have pampered mine on a weekly basis since purchase.  Originally inspired by Bumblebee of the original Transformers movie this car lives up to its name and every mile city or highway is a rush.  Car has had some mechanical issues but has been fixed like new from the dealer and ALL paperwork has been retained and is avaliable upon sale.  Oil changed religiously every year (or 7,000 miles) with Mobile One 5 W-30 Full Synthetic with first change taking place after only 3,500 miles (supporting documents again available).  The Camaro has never seen anything except Premium High Octane Fuel (receipts NOT retained) to ensure continued optimum performance.  The best part about the car though even more than its 418 HP V8 with paddle shifters that can make it scream are the LAMBO doors as seen in the pictures.  Again as seen in pictures the doors actually open both ways so if its raining and/or there is no one to impress you're just in and out, super convenient!!  The car is a sight to see and gets more attention than most exotics.  If you want a car all but guaranteed to become a collectors item, in near perfect condition, with low miles, and an extremely rare exotic motification guaranteed to get you noticed than this is the car for you!

Cars tires were replaced after 25,000 miles.  Car has a few very minor scratches on the front bumper and rear drivers side fender.  All scuffs have been retouched with OEM touch up paint and are barely there as a result.  Although the car has Autobot decals pictured it is NOT a transformers addition camaro.  Crome oil cap and side badge are the ONLY two transformers references on the car.  Car originally purchased at Bee's Chevrolet north of Lansing, MI and has resided in sunny Naples, FL for the last 2.5 years.  The car was garaged for the first year of its life, washed at least weekly and waxed/clayed roughly every two months since inception.  Car has NEVER BEEN ATE, DRANK, OR SMOKED IN.  Car comes with a cigarette lighter but it has been removed for a switch powering accent lights in the footwells.  All wiring is present but accent lights are dim and could be replaced by a shop for about $120 if desired.  If you do the work yourself you could swap out the lights for probably around $40.  At the time of this post the car has 28,759 miles on it and is being driven daily at roughly 7-10 miles a day.

Payment: Bank to Bank wire transfers only NO exception.  Buyer is responsible for all federal, state, city and county taxes (which will vary depending on the state the buyer resides in).  Buyer is also responsible for arranging AND paying for any and all shipping costs.  Buyer pays all costs related to tranfering title and registering car in its new location.  Payment in full required BEFORE I'll agree to ship car.

LG Chem's troubled Chevy Volt battery plant hiring once again

Thu, Sep 25 2014

The Michigan battery plant known for paying its workers to do nothing has turned things around and is now hiring more workers, specifically to do something. South Korea-based LG Chem, which runs the factory to supply the Chevrolet Volt extended-range plug-in vehicle with its lithium-ion batteries, held a job fair recently to bring on 40 new employees in order to meet higher battery demand, according to WZZM, the ABC affiliate for Grand Rapids, MI. The LG Chem factory is in Holland, MI, about 30 miles west of Grand Rapids, and it made its first batteries last year. Prior to that, though, the factory gained notoriety after a US Department of Energy (DOE) probe found that workers there were getting paid to do, well, nothing. That's because demand for the battery packs was so low that it cost less for the plant to sit idle. The DOE was conducting the probe because of its financial grant to LG Chem. But that was then and today is today. LG Chem is looking to ramp up production in advance of the second-generation Volt. That 2016 model-year version is said to have a longer all-electric range and better performance and will ride on a new chassis, but few official details have surfaced. We will know more when we get our first look at the car at the Detroit Auto Show in January.

Was the C7 Corvette cut from Beyonce's Super Bowl halftime show?

Tue, 05 Feb 2013

Someone was bound to receive a free 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray during the Super Bowl XLVII festivities; it just wasn't who we thought it was going to be. Despite a report back in December that superstar Beyoncé Knowles would be getting an all-new Corvette during her halftime performance, that turned out not to be the case. Joe Flacco, starting quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, did in fact win a Corvette for his MVP performance.
So what transpired that prevented Beyoncé from rolling on stage in the new Chevrolet? Anyone who knows isn't telling, but according to Yahoo! Autos, General Motors said that for one reason or another a deal "did not work out," and it appears to have been an eleventh-hour change. Regardless of who's to blame or what prevented this from happening, we're sure Chevy has had no problems getting attention for the C7 Corvette since it was introduced last month.

GM does not have to turn over its ignition switch documents

Fri, Nov 27 2015

In June the lawyer representing plaintiffs suing General Motors over faulty ignition switches accused GM and its firm King & Spalding of working together to cover up the malfunction. Bob Hilliard said that certain communication between GM and King & Spalding from 2010 to 2013, mainly focused on three Chevrolet Cobalt crashes, would reveal that they conspired in "burying what they knew" concerning the defect, and furthermore that the law firm broke rules of professional conduct once it found out about "ongoing fraudulent concealment" at GM. Hilliard filed a motion in a Manhattan court to force GM and King to hand over the memos, which were protected by attorney-client privilege. Hilliard said that the alleged ongoing fraud should trump attorney-client privilege, a GM spokesman said at the time that the issues in question had already been discussed previously, and that plantiffs already had much of the communication Hilliard's motion sought. US District Judge Jesse Furman ruled in favor of GM and King, refusing to order the release of the communication. In spite of finding probable cause that GM was engaging in a crime or fraud by not revealing the ignition switch defect, Furman did not find cause to believe that GM and King's discussions at the time were centered around continuing that potential crime or fraud. Saying also that plantiffs already had many of the disputed documents, attorney-client privilege should hold sway over the remainder. The class action case goes to trial in January 2016.
