This started as a 1988 Chevrolet pickup that underwent a major renovation
It is now sitting on a 74 blazer frame with 3/4 ton axles ,
350 with a th400 trans
The body is "very" nice , mango tango orange , Cadillac tail lights , led strip lights below tail gate, new grill
Rims and tires almost new 90%tread left, 325/60/18 tire size
Interior is from a 95 chev all smoothed and painted heavy metallic grey, brand new flexsteel seat , new carpet , new headliner ,
New front and rear windows
Engine is a 350 with a new demon carburetor ,water pump, alt, power steering, intake , distributor, battery
don't know much about the engine but runs real good , good oil pressure , timing gear instead of chain gives engine a wining sound
Trans is a th400 rebuilt
14 bolt rear end , Dana front
New fuel tank and lines ,
All new brakes and lines ,
New reciever hitch
Underside of the truck is as clean as the top "very clean "

Not working , radio , speedo , tack , very small ding on drivers quarter "see last pic" , needs floor shift cover, maybe some other misc items
Wipers work on low speed only , probably needs a new switch , new dash is in but needs speedometer , radio , tack , misc ?

I took this truck on a trade and have no use for it , i only know as much as much as you've already read , I've run a tank of fuel through it and it seems to perform real nice , this is a project that is very nicely done  waiting for you to enjoy, show , drive ?

Thank you for you interest if you have any questions ill answer the best I can

Chevy Sonic shreds like a skateboard

Tue, 19 Mar 2013

Despite the fact that the 2013 Chevy Sonic is a fun, plucky little thing - especially in ever-so-slightly hotter RS guise - it is not, in fact, a skateboard. But don't tell that to rapper Theophilus London.
In General Motors' latest spot for the Chevrolet compact, London needs to make a quick run to the store for some milk. And even though, once again, the Sonic is not a skateboard, it ollies, pops and gets air because, you know, it's just so much fun to throw around.
If this video looks familiar to you, it's because this is the full ad that we first got a preview of in Chevy's longer, full-line spot, where the brand's "Find New Roads" tagline was introduced. Scroll down to see this dedicated Sonic spot, along with the older ad, and remember, the Sonic is still - still - not a skateboard.

Car Club USA: Corvette Homecoming

Tue, Mar 17 2015

Car Club USA travels to Bowling Green, KY to document the annual Corvette Homecoming, where owners travel from around the country to reconnect with the manufacturing birthplace of their vehicles. We follow two contestants in the "Show and Shine" competition, for whom the human connection at the event is just as important as showing off their wheels. "That's probably the biggest thing about this weekend," says one attendee, "there's a connection with Corvette people." Of course, the grandeur seeing stunners like a 1959 Corvette convertible, 1966 Big Block and 2002 Z06 is worth the price of admission. Get a firsthand look at the Homecoming experience, and the folks that make it so special. Each Car Club USA episode features a different car club or event from across the US, where passionate owner communities gather to share automotive experiences and embark on incredible adventures. From Main Street cruises to off-road trails, catch all the latest car club activity on Autoblog. Who sold the most heavy-duty pickups in 2012? PickupTrucks.com investigates

Tue, 26 Feb 2013

Domestic manufacturers enjoyed a good year for heavy-duty pickup sales in 2012. PickupTrucks.com has taken a close look at exactly how those sales broke down between each manufacturer and between three-quarter and one-ton pickups. Ford sold some 67,786 F-250 Super Duty models last year with the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD falling just behind at 56,359 units. The Ram 2500 HD came in third at 41,918, while the GMC Sierra 2500 HD earned itself fourth place with 27,616 deliveries. While Ford held onto the top spot in the one-ton market, Ram easily nailed down second place by selling more 3500 HD models last year than General Motors sold Silverado 3500 HD and Sierra 3500 HD trucks combined.
So, did GM manage to sell more trucks than Ford with its two brands? Very nearly. Ford sold a total of 119,338 heavy-duty pickups to GM's 111,555. Ram, meanwhile, moved a distant 77,583. But perhaps more interesting is the diesel take rate in this segment. PickupTrucks.com says 80 percent of all domestic one-ton trucks roll from the dealer lot with a turbo-diesel under the hood. Head over to the site for a closer look at the breakdown.
