2010 Mercedes Benz E550 Coupe

This is a two owner car that was purchased by its second (and current) owner on December 6, 2013. It was purchased as a Certified Pre Owned car from Mercedes-Benz of Maplewood in Maplewood, MN. The owner is a personal friend and has asked me to market and sell the car for him because he just doesn't have time to enjoy it, clean, clear, no lien Minnesota title in hand, clean Carfax, NO STORIES! (the car is currently registered w/ good plates and tabs, we just removed them for the photos).

According to the buyer's order, at the time of purchase in December, there were 16,640 miles on the odometer. It was covered and hooked up to a trickle charger in heated storage, along with the owners other collector cars until Spring 2014. The odometer currently reads 16,876, it has only been driven 236 miles.

WARRANTY: The car's "In Service" or warranty start date is very late for a 2010 model, 2/17/11. This means that this car is under factory, NEW CAR warranty until 2/17/15 or until the odometer reaches 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. When the new car warranty runs out, the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre Owned Warranty begins which is one more additional year, of real deal, Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre Owned Warranty or until the car reaches 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first... so, the car is essentially under real Mercedes-Benz warranty until 2/17/2016, as chances are, no one will put 100,000 miles on it in that time. Call your local dealer if you want to confirm this... Mercedes-Benz Warranty is about the car, the VIN, not the owner... The car is under warranty no matter who owns it, and there is no 'transfer' of warranty necessary, it's attached to the VIN.

Exterior: This car presents as essentially new. It has never been driven in the Winter, it was completely clean and dry when the car was driven home from the dealership in December (rear wheel drive Mercedes with Summer tires are useless in Minnesota in the Winter anyway). There are no scratches or chips in the paint, no dents or door dings. It has never been in an accident, it has never had any paintwork of any kind, not even a rock chip touch up, nothing. It does have a 3M Clear Bra installed on the hood and exterior mirrors. The car is completely stock without any modifications and absolutely gorgeous. I know that sounds too good to be true, but I could not find a single blemish to point out or photograph, again, look at the detailed 100 photos below.

Interior: Is as nice as the exterior. The polished metal door sill kick plates are free from scuffs and scratches, the upholstery is in excellent condition, there are close up photos of the front seats (heated and ventilated by the way), the seat bottoms as well as the seat bolsters, where wear most likely occurs on these cars... there is no wear. It doesn't look like the back seats have ever been sat in, and of course, no one has ever smoked in the car, no dogs, no weird smells.

Mechanicals and Service History: the car was inspected and Certified by the factory trained technicians at Mercedes-Benz of Maplewood on November 14, 2013. On November 13th the car was fully serviced (A service) with a Synthetic oil and filter change, the camshaft solenoid campaign (recall) was performed, two new rear tires were mounted and balanced and the car was fully detailed for display on the show room floor. The car has traveled less than 300 miles in the convening 8 months and remains ready to drive across the country with speed and style today.

Other: The car comes with all of the books and manuals, two keys, first aid kit, all warranty paperwork, a copy of the VMI (vehicle master inquiry) from Mercedes-Benz, original window sticker, a copy of the entire 'Dealer Ordering Guide' so you can see how all the E class coupes were available in 2010 (color options, upholstery, etc.), all the service records, everything. It also come with a fitted, Mercedes-Benz car cover, a set of all season floor mats (in the car in the photos) and a set of never used, never unpacked, carpet floor mats.

By paging through the 3 ring binder that comes with the car, you will get a glimpse into the head of the owner, a long time Mercedes-Benz Club member and local Mercedes-Benz Club board member. He is picky and fastidious beyond description. When it comes to his 'toys' only the best will do.
