VEHICLE DESCRIPTIONS

All vehicles are described as accurately as possible, but please remember that we are human and not everything can be perfect. Please call us should you have any questions about the vehicle (options, keys, owners manuals, etc..) Please note that Lux Cars Chicago sells pre-owned vehicles. Please expect each vehicle's condition to correspond to its year and/or mileage. Please do not assume that any terms such as "mint", "great", "excellent", etc.. are terms that are used to imply that a vehicle is new or like new. Further, do not assume that all maintenance has been performed, or that items of normal wear and tear have been replaced and/or reconditioned unless explicitly specified.

In person
If you are driving or flying in please make sure to schedule your delivery date at least 24hrs in advance with your sales representative. Please be aware that if you do not have delivery date scheduled, your vehicle may not be cleared for release.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 847-947-2900 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. We are not a shipping company we merely act as a middle man between you and a transport provider, we do this as a courtesy with understanding that we cannot control when your vehicle is picked up, or dropped off.  Thus, we do encourage and can assist you setting up inspection though Ebay or 3^rd party source If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Lux Cars Chicago Inc. has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for sale. Please be advised that pre-owned vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Lux Cars Chicago Inc. welcomes and recommends an independent buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. We also may suggest few certified 3^rd party companies that our clients have used in the past. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details.

Payment Methods
All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing.Call us for more information.

Deposit
Once the sales agreement has been reached a $1,000 deposit is required and signed Bill of Sale.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes
Applicable fees are; $10 seven day drive away permit fee, $164.00 documentary and acquisition fee, * Anti-Theft Deterrent System has been pre-installed on all of our cars for a fee of $199 to protect your vehicle.*Sales tax (for Illinois residents and residents of tax reciprocal states with the state of Illinois). Please call or email to see if your state is reciprocal with IL. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Lux Cars Chicago Inc. within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

eBay Deposit
If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
