2008 M3 SEDAN, MINT CONDITION! DON'T MISS THIS AUCTION!

With a saddened heart I am putting my beloved M3 up for sale. Located in North Texas (just east of Denton). I am the second owner (purchased at 21k miles). The previous owner was the General Manager of the Hilton Hotel in Austin. Meticulously maintained at Classic BMW in Plano. I have both keys, all the manuals and the original window sticker. 2 new Michelin PS2 tires up front, rears still have about half tread. Garaged its whole life both at home and work. Only driven weekends and on special occasions. Never tracked, never raced, never modified.

If you Buy It Now, I will have it completely detailed for the new buyer including leather treatment, carpet shampoo, polish and wax from a professional detailer. I promise it will look nearly new for the new buyer.

Specs:

- 2008 Jet Black E90 Sedan
- 31,060 miles (I will not drive any additional miles during the auction period except to take it to the detailer)
- 6 Speed Manual Transmission (new 2009 revised clutch and flywheel installed)
- Premium Package (Bluetooth, BMW Assist, Comfort Access, Power seats w/memory)
- Tech Package (Navigation system, satellite radio, HD Radio, EDC Electronic Damper Control, M-Mode)
- Enhanced Audio (Upgraded sound system with subwoofers under front seats - factory option)
- Extended Novillo Leather (Leather covers parts of center console, and the lower dash, arm rests - makes the interior much more upscale looking. This leather is gorgeous, just a minor amount of wear on the drivers bolster)
- Power sunroof
- Heated Seats (3 stage heated front seats - love these things)
- Ski Bag (Just in case you go ski'ing. I've never used this being in Texas)
- 60/40 split rear seats (Great for loading larger items into the trunk)
- Rear Electric sunshade and manual side shades
- Just about every option offered on the e90 except the headlight washers.
- This car stickered for just under $70k new!

About a year ago the transmission was getting difficult to engage gears, the dealer, under warranty replaced the clutch, throw out bearing, and flywheel. Fortunately BMW had revised the clutch in 2009 so I got the new, improved clutch installed. Transmission shifts flawlessly now and revs faster thanks to the revised flywheel. At that time I also had Classic BMW update the car's software to the latest 240e revision. This revision has been dyno proven to produce more horsepower than the programming that originally came with the car and is well known in the BMW community to be the best factory tune available.

What's been recently done:

Jan 2013 (4k miles ago)
- Spark plugs replaced (OEM BMW plugs)
- All filters replaced (engine filter, cabin filter)
- Motor oil and filter changed (BMW synthetic only)
- Rear diff oil changed (BMW synthetic only)

Mar 2014 (400 miles ago)
- Brake fluid flushed and changed
- Motor oil and filter changed
- 2 New Michelin Pilot Sport 2's installed up front
- 4 wheel alignment completed

This car is in MINT condition and still smells like fresh leather in side. There's virtually no wear on the steering wheel or gear shift. Only modifications are BMW genuine black front grill and BMW genuine tinted tail lights (Will include the factory ones as well). If you're looking for a mint condition M3 look no further, you have found your car. There is a lien on the vehicle but it is with my local credit union so transfer of ownership is easy. We can meet at the credit union, you cut them a check and they hand over the title. If you have any questions just ask.
