    1968 DODGE CHARGER

    Washington State

First auction went 6 minutes, zero feed backer trying to make a 21k offer with the buy it now button.

If you are watching the market, then you know original survivor type cars are the truth tight now are in demand by most collectors...this is one of those A SURVIVING '68 CHARGER! One that has spent its life in a rust free environment and one that exudes cool with its mild patina and some factory primer poking through in a few places. This is a straight car with nothing more then surface rust in the trunk and a rock solid set of original floor pans, rockers and all her original metal. A mild bruise here and there but nothing that detracts from her obvious originality. This car has only had the carpet replaced and at 97k miles is a rare find. The original 318 is surely responsible for this surviving survivor. Of course a 383 or RT would be a real super find but those are so hard to find in their original uniforms. The carpet is the only thing not original besides the obvious fluids, tune ups and tires.

she has 97k original miles and is a daily driver quality car with plenty of life left in her. She is smooth and actually gets up better then you would expect. She takes off and though not a 383 or a 440 she has her 318 to that for keeping her from having been beat to death or in need of a restoration. She is just a real cool car that will win many "survivor class  trophy" This was in the hands of one of the better known Mopar Men here in Washington. He kept this car as a driver and maintained her lovingly. She is a turn key example with only a minute of warm up needed before she is ready to roll.

She is a real solid car with no history of salted roads or back yard tarp parties. She has only minor surface rust in the trunk and if you know the Mopar then that's all that you need to know. No paint or metal work ever. The original paint still has a very good shine and some wear here and there which gives her her survivor feel. Straight and no accidents to speak off.

This is a rare find and one that could be made into a beast but kept with that original feel but most likely left alone and kept the way she is. She is a keeper and gives off that distinct feel of being untouched. Not many survivors left and you can thank that 318.

    !!KEEPER!!

THE TRUNK HAS NOT BEEN REPAINTED, IT'S JUST THE REFLECTION FROM THE BUILDING...
