Payment Terms: This vehicle may be listed on
an eBay online auction. The successful eBay high bidder will
submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of
the close of the eBay auction to secure the vehicle. The eBay
buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees
and taxes) within 3 BUSINESS days of the close of the eBay
auction. All financial transactions must be completed before
delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods: Cash (in person), certified
check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes: $299 Closing Fee included in
advertised price.
All prices and offers are before tax, tag, title, license
and mv rights act fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for
all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as
title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be
registered. All prices and offers include all
incentives which the dealer retains unless otherwise
specifically provided. Dealer not responsible for errors and

Out of State Sales: Regardless of your state
of residency or physical location, all vehicles shall be
delivered at the dealership, but upon your request, the
dealership may assist you in arranging to have the vehicle
transported by a third party to your location of choice at your
expense. Out of state customers shall be solely responsible for
state and local taxes due on, and registrations for, all
vehicles.
Location & Transportation: All vehicles may
not be physically located at this dealership but may be
available for delivery through this location. Transportation
charges may apply. Please contact the dealership for more
specific information. All vehicles are subject to prior sale.
Law & Venue: The sale or lease of any
vehicle, and any other goods or services provided by the
dealership (collectively, a "Transaction"), and all claims and
causes of action (whether statutory in contract or tort) that
may be based upon, arise out of or relate to such actual or
proposed Transaction (including any claim or cause of action
based upon, arising out of or related to any representation or
warranty made or as an inducement to enter into a Transaction)
shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance
with the internal laws and judicial decisions of the state in
which the dealership is located, without regard to conflict of
law provisions thereof. Any litigation, action or proceeding
arising out of or relating to a Transaction shall be instituted
exclusively in any state court in the state and county in which
the dealership is located. These Terms of Use are void where
prohibited by law, and the right to access this website is
revoked in such jurisdictions.
