Out of state buyers are responsible for State of Texas vehicle inventory tax (calculated at 0.002157% ($21.57 per $10.000), documentary fee ($125.00), and are responsible for sales tax, registration fees, or other fees required by their resident state. All vehicles are sold "as is" which means without a factory warranty unless otherwise stated. We recommend all vehicles without a factory warranty remaining be protected by an extended warranty plan. The buyer's shipping company “Vehicle Condition” waybill must not differ from the original Brookhaven Motors “Vehicle Condition” waybill copy to qualify for transaction cancellation.
