The successful high bidder will submit a $500 Non-Refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.  Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 business days of the close of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made.  All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Dealer arranged financing, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers or Cashiers Check must clear before the vehicle will be allowed to leave.  Please call with any questions.

Buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered in.  A $149 Documentation Fee will be charged to all transactions.

We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time or to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.

Buyers are also repsonsible for shipping arrangements or local pick up.  We are located 15 minutes south of the Eastern Iowa Airport (Cedar Rapids) and will provide transportation from the airport to our dealership.
