Financing
When you win an auction on eBay, we will expect you to have financing in order (or to have made arrangements with us for financing) and be ready to finalize your purchase. 

Deposit and Payment
Winning bidder or buyer needs to contact us within 24 hours of the end of the auction.  Payment will arranged at that time. A non-refundable deposit of $1000  will be due within 24 hours. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due plus fees & taxes within 3 days.  Before delivery of the vehicle can take place, all payments must be received and cleared.

If no contact is made within 24 hours of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to relist, sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally.  Please keep in mind that the vehicle is advertised locally and otherwise, and we reserve the right to end the listing early if the vehicle is sold.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.   Once the vehicle leaves, it is the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company. full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Fee and Tax Information:
Buyer will be responsible for all applicable State and Local taxes.  

This 2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage is one of the most pristine examples in the entire country.  Purchased from an original 1 owner in Scottsdale, AZ,  the car was maticulously maintained and well kept.  The previous owner even provided ALL 5 Keys! (3 keys, two transponders).   Never before had I seen a car so well maintained and provided all the original keys.  Even the original owners manual with service stamps is located in the glovebox just as from the factory.  The Car has also been professional detailed and is absolutely in amazing shape.  There were some minor rock chips that were professionally matched and polished by a professional detail shop before the FULL FRONT clearbra went on.  The Hood, Fenders, Front Bumper, Mirrors, and Rear Rocker panels have all been covered in the highest quality clear bra to help protect the car for years to come.

Other Information:

The Car is physically 100% stock as far as the exhaust system and all the mechanical engine components.  The only modification performed is the upgraded Sport engine software to unlock the full Vantage S spec power.  Estimated power is roughly 430HP to match the newer bigger 4.7L engine.  You get the increase power power increase (Dyno proven) with out any negative drawbacks.  You can always return the car completely to stock if you wish as well.  Although, once you feel the additional 45+ HP it is highly unlikely you will ever go back.   The tune is 100% emissions compliant and has never issued any check engine lights of any kind. 

I am also including the OEM Factory 19" stock wheels with the car as well as the tires for those wanting to return the car to stock setup.  (buyer pays shipping)
