Im selling my 1979 pontiac Trans Am 10th Anniversary Silver edition. Its all original and I drive it all the time; Ive had this bad boy since November 2012 and its been my around town car, but for the last few months its been my only daily driver around l.a. It always fires right up and has been extremely hassle free with plenty of power.  It was completely tuned up by previous owner and i've just driven her since having it. Read below please for details. ***Click on you tube links of the car starting and driving etc and also on the photo bucket link below for a bunch of additional photos and thanks for looking!

The car has the original drive train with the original 403 motor and automatic trans which shifts nicely; I have not searched for the build sheet, but i will look for it and post that here if i find it. Title is Clean;  The Car is registered and currently insured in california.....The car has never been re-painted or re-upholstored. This is a very solid car that has lived in california for a 15 years that i know of.
It has 115,863 true miles on it. The Original T tops are in very good condition(see pics); Original 10th anniversary Rims are on the car. It comes with the factory 8 track, which i bought many 8 tracks for (as it was working for a good amount of time; its now squealing, but 8 tracks are included in sale:)
All exterior and interior original emblems are still in tact.
Interior is functional but seats really need re foam and reupholster, as well as carpet and headliner; of course this is to the daily driver buyer; Those restoring the car will do just that.
Here is my disclosure of what i can tell you from the last year and a half driving the car:
The car was backed into the previous owners garage some years ago and has a dent on the very back passenger corner; as well as some plastic trim broken off; please see rear quarter and tail light pics. there is also one small silver dollar size indentation on that upper quarter as well (see pic as well).  The hood was forced down years ago at the time of the garage incident and does not sit completely flat on the drivers side; (see pics as well please). The front nose is in very nice condition(see pics). The passenger door has some minor door sag as well(see pic). The a/c was disconnected years ago but is all there(see pic).  There is a small crack in the dash pad on the passenger side (see photo).  Seats need new foam and recovering as depicted in the pics; new interior is ultimately needed front and back and headliner and carpet. Please see the photobucket link with a ton of additional photos.
The car drives strong and smooth on the freeway and in town as well. There is some suspension clicking, rattling sounds when i go over bumps or pot holes or just on a bumpy road(see you tube video link below for street driving);  I think it will need gone through if it is to remain a daily or drive around town car to maximize a smooth ride. When driving on a smooth road or the freeway you do not hear that described sound.  I put a new stereo in which also has blue tooth; when ur phone call comes in it goes through the speakers. The front mono original speaker i believe is still connected; when i first had the car i was listening to the eight tracks in mono through the front speaker.
Please be sure that if you are buying this car to get in and drive and restore as you go, you can absolutely do that. She starts right up and idles nice. I have attached you tube links of me driving and starting the car. If you are buying this car to restore, it is a fine original example that has not been tinkered with. Either way it is a super solid original 10th anniversary trans am that turns heads daily:)
