2007 Mini Cooper convertible, 5 Speed, only 89,000 miles and Perfect Auto Check Score.

The paint is fine no dents or any scratches, The Wheels are in good condition. Tires are Good. It drives fine and shifts fine and top works great.
The interior is in great condition. The seat door panels and carpets are all in good condition. There are no visible tears or marks on the interior. It is a nonsmoker vehicle. This 2007 Mini Cooper is loaded with all the options and verything works.

I have driven this Mini over 150 miles it is very responsive, handles great, excellent gas mileage and is fun to drive. I have tried by best to describe this Vehicle.

The successful high bidder will make payment in full within 3 days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
Please note that most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if you are financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

Buyer has 20 days of sale to pick up Vehical from Shaw Motorsports after which time the unit will be put in storage and a $15.00 a day storage fee will be charge until picked up.
The buyer understands that a Bill of Sale Agreement will be sent to them once full payment is received. A signed copy must be sent back to the seller at time of purchase and before vehicle is shipped.

At the completion of this auction, the winner is to pay a non-refundable deposit of $ 500.00 within 24 hours before the transaction will be considered complete via wire transfer, cash or PayPal.
The remainder of the balance is to be paid through wire transfer, cash or a bank check within 3 working days of the closing of this auction. If paid by check, then the vehicle will not be released until the check clears the seller(s) bank.
Any & ALL inspections must be done before end of sale, not afterwards.
Once the auction has ended, the deposit must be received before any further information will be provided.
If you fail to comply with any of these requirements without prior written approval (not oral) then you will forfeit either you deposit, the right to purchase the vehicle, or both.
