Terms of Sale

Payment: Winning bidder must contact the Dealership within 24 hours of auction end. Arrangements for payment will be made at this time including a $500.00 deposit required within 24 hours of auction end. The remaining payment is due within 4 days of auction end. To receive information regarding vehicle financing, please contact us PRIOR to placing a bid. If the above guidelines are not met and no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or sell it by other means. Failure to contact the dealer within 4 days of auction end regarding complete payment AFTER the $500.00 is paid voids the buyer’s hold on the vehicle. The deposit will be FULLY REFUNDABLE; however, the car will be relisted for sale with no guarantee that the pervious winning bidder will be able to follow through with the purchase of the vehicle.

NOTICE: We accept hand delivered cash or bank checks. In the event that you are financing the vehicle, you must have all loans pre-approved before placing a bid. All funds must be in-house  and be cleared by our bank before the vehicle may leave the premises. In these circumstances, the vehicle may not leave our premises until the funds are completely cleared by our financial institution. In all cases the vehicle will not be released by the dealership until all information regarding payment is authenticated.

Fee and Tax Information: Buyers are responsible for all local and state taxes in addition to title, state inspection, and license fees.

Shipping: We are located on Montauk Highway on Long Island in Copiague, NY. All vehicles are available for customer pickup at no charge. If you are not sure about something, please ASK. Do not assume anything is included with the purchase of this vehicle if it is not specifically listed. All of our cars are pre-owned vehicles and so may not come with minor accessories that may have been included in the original purchase (i.e. extra keys, remote entry controls, etc.). We are not responsible for any of these minor extras. Please also keep in mind that due to the high volume of vehicles, there may be some clerical errors in the description of the vehicle. Pictures are the most accurate description. We have done our best to provide as much information as possible; however, these cars are all in fact used and some very minor deficiencies may have been missed. Remember when considering buying a car: older cars with excessive mileage are more likely to have minor imperfections. Each of our cars includes the New York State Lemon Law Warranty under which our dealership will perform all repairs at our location. For details on Lemon Law Warranty please feel free to contact us. Following the expiration of the complimentary warranty, all future repairs are the buyer’s responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel any listing as a result of an on-site sale.
