We provide free shuttle service from Love Field and D/FW airports. Love Field is about a 30-minute commute, while D/FW is about 15 minutes. Both subject to time of day and traffic conditions.
Texas residents pay 6.25% state sales tax, plus all applicable registration and inspection fees. Out of state buyers may register and title vehicle in their home state (same as driver license), however all fees are collected by AutoAmerica and forwarded to buyers home state tax and registration agencies. Certain Texas fees may still apply.
All sales are subject to a flat $150.00 Documentation Fee and a $40.75 Texas State Inspection Fee.
Out-of-state sales are subject to a $5 e-tag fee and local and state taxes, title and registration fees.
Buyer is responsible for ALL costs associated with shipping vehicle. AutoAmerica can help facilitate shipping worldwide at discounted rates, please ask for details.
All AutoAmerica vehicles are pre-owned and sold in “AS-IS” condition. However, most vehicles have remainder of factory warranty, or qualify for an extended service contract that may be purchased at an additional cost to buyer. Ask associate for details.
Buyer receives copies of all paperwork pertaining to transaction, any after sale work must be in writing and signed by an AutoAmerica representative. NO VERBAL PROMISES OR GUARANTEES.
All vehicles qualify for 7-day/250-mile money-back guarantee; however, buyer is responsible to return vehicle in same as delivered condition. AutoAmerica retains right to keep trade-in if applicable.
A $500.00 REFUNDABLE deposit will hold a vehicle for 24 hours in order for customer to attain funds or financing. After 24 hours deposit WILL automatically be returned and vehicle will be available for sale to the public.
eBay Motors Customers must establish contact with an AutoAmerica associate within 24 hours of auction end or the transaction will be voided.
Vehicles older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.
Miles posted in listing may vary slightly due to test-driving, road testing, or in-transit shipping.
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Tarrant County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Tarrant County, Texas and all obligations of Buyer to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Tarrant County, Texas.
All parties agree in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Tarrant County, Texas.
AutoAmerica accepts Paypal or any major credit card over the phone for deposits only. Final payment must be made in the form of Cash in person, Cashiers Check, or Bank Financing.
Not all vehicles were acquired with a second set of keys or owner’s manuals. We don’t provide them if they didn’t come with the vehicle upon delivery to AutoAmerica. Our photos will show any additional keys and manuals if available for the vehicle.
AutoAmerica provides a 90-day, 6,000-mile limited warranty on most vehicles, excludes exotic makes and models. Powertrain coverage only on vehicles over 80,000 miles see dealer for full details.
