The car has been recently released out of service. We acquired it in already very goog condition, both mechanically and cosmetically.

This car seems never to have been a marked unit. It is a true Light Ice Blue Pearl Metallic car. Not a repaint. It must have belonged to a supervisor or higher ranking officer. From what it looks like no lightbar or cage was ever installed on this particular unit.

This car was in amazing condition when we got it. We don't see cars like this every day. We have pad al little more but it was really a rare and well sought after combination. All power options and lights are checked, followed by the total interior cleaning, sanitizing, and a final overall vehicle detailing, including protection and preparing. EXTERIOR

The car Paint Job is in overall very good condition. As we said this car was never a marked unit. It is a true light blue car. Not a repaint. It must have belonged to a supervisor or higher ranking officer. No lightbar or cage was ever installed on this particular unit.

The body has been through our cosmetic 5-step renewal process and now looks very nice.

Please look at the numerous pictures and videos. You will understand what we mean...

The paint looks extremely good considering the year and mileage of this car. There are some very minor scratches and some little imperfections. These are common for this type of vehicle. There is a 1 1/2 inch paint peeling area on the left rear quarter panel. (see photo)

No major imperfections or dents to list.

The front bumper has cuts/openings for the previously installed pushbar. The front grille is like new.

No rips or tears at all in the rear bumper.

The hood has some minor scractches. (see photo)

The undercarriage is in very good shape.

The roof is clean and in great shape. No plugged antenna holes on the roof or on the decklid.

Front headlights are in very good shape. Front turn signal bulbs and sidemarker bulbs are all new. Tail lights look great. No major scratches or cracks of any kind. Corner lights, headlights, turn lights, taillights, license tag light bulbs have all been checked and work properly.

INTERIOR

On the inside the car is extremely clean.

All components inside are present, nothing is missing or broken.

All controls and switches are individually tested and are in perfect working order. What needs to be addressed is always taken care of.

There are a few holes in the dashboard as well as a couple of small cuts on the floor carpet from previous police equipment mounting (and unfortunately we all know how common this is....)

All cluster and dashboard lights are tested and work correctly. Glove box is illuminated and it is closing perfectly.

The rubber floor has been completely washed, dried and detailed to look like new and is covered with plastic protector until the car gets delivered. Headliner is clean and in perfect shape.

Steering wheel is in very good shape.

Seats all are in very good working condition, free of any major rips, stains and tears. They all have been professionally vacuumed, dry cleaned with specific car upholstery cleaning products and plastic covered for extra protection. A couple of light scuffs are present.

Driver's seatbelt buckle area has a very small rip (See pictures)

Rear seat is practically brand new and extra plushy!

Front door and rear door panels are all in excellent shape, no cracks, no tears, no rips.

All door jams have been cleaned, detailed and greased.

Window glass is in great shape.

All power windows and lock options work. Rear doors can be opened both from the inside and from the outside. All power windows switches are operative. This is not always the case for a P71 POLICE SPECS model.

Extra auxiliary, high intensity ticket dome light mounted on the headliner.

MECHANICAL, ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Engine starts beautifully and the sound of this 4.6L Classic Ford V8 is always great music to our ears. Idling speed is slightly higher that the civilian counterpart Crown Victoria as per Police Package specs for better battery recharging power and that makes it sounds even better!

The car accelerates smoothly, no engine knocks or hesitation of any sort. The transmission gets into forward and rear gears perfectly. It follows gear changes as it should and does its job majestically.

This car drives really drives extremely straight and tight. It is a real pleasure to drive.

Temperatures, pressures, fuel gauges all stay within the normal operating ranges during all driving conditions.

A/C, radio, and all power options all performed perfectly during the test drive.

No ABS light

No check engine light

No Airbag Light

The engine compartment has been professionally cleaned and degreased and it shows no signs of damaged, missing or displaced parts. No leaks of any kind has been noticed

TAX, TITLE, TAG & REGISTRATION INFORMATION

XPECIAL MOTORS is a Licensed, Insured & Bonded State of Florida Dealer.

We will assist you to the best of our power, knowledge and expertise to experience a smooth, trouble-free and pleasant car buying experience during every step.

FLORIDA RESIDENTS:

Florida Residents are required to pay local sales tax of the County they reside in plus all registration and tag fees associated with the purchase of an automobile or truck. XPECIAL MOTORS will handle all the paperwork involved with the purchase (title transfer, registration and tag issuing) and everything will be hand-delivered to you at pick-up or mailed directly to your home address.

OUT-OF-STATE RESIDENTS:

If the vehicle is physically driven to an out-of-State destination:

Out-of-State Residents will be issued a 30-Day Electronic Temporary Tag and but they will be required to pay 6% Florida sales tax* if vehicle is picked up by the buyer and physically driven home outside Florida. This Is Florida Law. Please note that we do not benefit whatsover from this.

In order to drive the car away from our dealership you will need to provide XPECIAL MOTORS with:

1) Copy of Out-of-State Valid Driver License

2) Valid Proof of Insurance on the new vehicle

If the vehicle is shipped via transport truck to an out-of-State destination:

Out-of-State Residents that prefer to have their vehicle shipped via truck will not be required to pay any tax, fees or Electronic Temporary Tag in Florida. All Taxes, registration and titling fees will be taken care of by the buyer in the State of Residency where the vehicle will physically be registered.
