You are looking at a very nice 1964 Mercury Comet Caliente.  This is a very sharp car, it is a Sleeper.  It has a Built later model roller 302 stroked to a 347, Aluminum heads, deep sump oil pan, msd ignition, headers, flowmasters, billet brackets, serpentine belt, aluminum intake ford racing valve covers and air filter.  This car is Fast and LOUD.  It runs great, sounds great and looks great, body is very nice with no rust showing.  It is missing some of the factory trim.  Interior is in great shape, seats and door panels have all been redone.  Come check this one out!
