PAYMENT METHODS:

DEPOSITS:

All vehicles remain available for sale until full payment or agreed upon deposit is received by Phillips Buick GMC. When a deposit is received, the vehicle will be taken off the market. Deposits are non-fundable. Please do not place a deposit on any vehicle unless you intend to purchase the car.

BALANCE DUE:

The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance including all applicable taxes and fees within 3 days of the purchase date. This includes the completion of any finance contracts necessary for Phillips Buick GMC to be funded in full for the vehicle. All transactions are to be complete before vehicle will be available for pick up.

ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES:

Phillips Buick GMC has a dealer fee of $499.50 which will be added to every retail sale. All state taxes, title, and tag fees will be collected by Phillips Buick GMC at the time of sale. Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by the state in which the buyer will register the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for any expenses, tax and fees should they export the vehicle outside the U.S.

SHIPPING:

If the buyer chooses to have the vehicle shipped, the buyer is responsible for all fees associated with the shipping company. Phillips Buick GMC does not provide shipping not does it assume any responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our premises. No vehicle will be allowed to leave the premises without full funding of the vehicle completed.
