The 2007 BMW 335i Coupe offers the performance and exhilaration of a sports car with the convenience of seating for 4 occupants, a usable backseat, and a decent-size trunk. The Sport package cars feature a stiffer suspension and larger wheels than standard 3-Series coupe, which allows it to take corners at amazing speeds. Upgraded front seats with deeper side bolsters, and myriad power adjustments are an improvement over the already-stellar seats in the standard 3-Series models.
Traditional rear-wheel drive and a near 50:50 front-to-rear weight distribution give the new BMW 3-Series Coupe ideal qualities for optimum driving dynamics. This, in combination with the high-tech suspension, enables the driver to convert the power and performance of the engine into an exhilarating driving experience. Boasting a double-pivot front suspension with spring struts made almost entirely of aluminum in combination with a five-link suspension at the rear, the new BMW 3-Series Coupe has the most advanced and sophisticated suspension in its class.
The 2007 BMW 335i has a 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six with piezoelectric direct injection. It's the first gasoline turbocharged BMW in decades. BMW claims the 335i coupe will accelerate from 0 to 60 in 5.3 seconds - faster than the outgoing E46 M3. Most tested acceleration times were faster than BMW's claimed times, so an instrumented test time of five seconds flat isn't out of the question. The 335i is limited to 150 mph when equipped with an optional sport package
The 335i's symmetrical turbos are relatively small, and each feeds three cylinders. Power output from this 3.0-liter is up only 45 horsepower over the naturally aspirated 3.0-liter found in the 330i sedan, but BMW claims that turbo lag is all but avoided and - more important - peak torque increases 36 percent to 300 pound-feet and is available from 1400 to 5000 rpm. The 335i's twin turbochargers apparently preclude the need for the Valvetronic stepless-variable-lift valve technology that's found in the naturally aspirated six cylinder engines in other 3-series models. BMW estimates the 335i Coupe's twin-turbo setup delivers the power and torque characteristics of a 4.0-liter V-8 with 10 percent less fuel consumption and 150 fewer pounds.
In addition to the standard six-speed manual, the 335i Coupe is offered with an optional six-speed STEPTRONIC automatic transmission. Designed for responsiveness, the new automatic enhances driving dynamics without sacrificing fuel efficiency.
The new coupe's four-passenger cabin is similar to the sedan's, but more abundant silver plastic and horizontal trim lines of accent lighting create a more upscale feel. There's even a seatbelt handoff device that extends automatically from the B-pillar for the feeble of reach. Tech junkies will be happy to know that a mini-plug audio input is standard, and an optional second-generation iPod interface lets you browse your songs and playlists with steering-wheel touch controls. Deposit
If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the dealership; it is not the responsibility of Exclusive Auto Imports to contact the winning bidder. The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. We require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal with any major credit card to the email address: "Sales@ExclusiveAutoImports.com". In the alternative, the buyer can make a deposit via secure wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, Exclusive Auto Imports reserves the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. The buyer must email/fax Exclusive Auto Imports a legible copy of his/her state issued driver's license and a current/valid insurance card after the deposit is made. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check/cashier's check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. All financial transactions must be completed and funds received by Exclusive Auto Imports before delivery of the vehicle can be scheduled. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately once the currency is verified - there may be a small fee applied for excessive cash handling situations. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait nine (9) business days or possibly longer until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear.
Additional Fees and Taxes
The exact amount you can expect to pay for state-required tax, title, and tags will vary depending upon (1) the state in which you live, (2) the county where you will register your vehicle, (3) the weight of your vehicle, (4) whether you will have a trade-in vehicle, and (5) the type of license plate you select. All car dealerships have a mandatory dealer fee that they HAVE to charge ALL customers by state law. Some dealerships have been known to charge more than $1000.00, but we keep our fee as low as possible. Our dealer processing fee is $375.00 and covers the preparation of the vehicle, a professional detailing, the preparation of documents, filing tax, title and registration forms, and the expenses of maintaining inventory. Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there may be a delay in receiving the original documents up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are rare occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. All titles will be overnighted at our expense if that is the case. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. All shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company and usually save our customers hundreds of dollars when shipments are booked through our broker - call us at 954-972-2277 for more information. We deal with both "open" and "enclosed" transport trucks. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge; however, we do require advance notice. Also, certain additional state fees, such as Florida state sales tax, may/will apply if the vehicle is delivered within the state of Florida regardless of the residence of the buyer. It is very common for shipping to be a more cost-effective option when weighed against all the actual costs for picking up the vehicle in person.

New bidders and bidders with zero feedback rating are encouraged to email us or call us prior to bidding if you are unsure of the auction process and terms of this agreement.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Exclusive Auto Imports and pay the deposit within 24 hours to proceed with payment of the balance and delivery arrangements.
Storage Terms
Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within
5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
Liquidated Damages
In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.
Legal
The buyer agrees that in the event any non-paying bidder dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and litigated in Broward county. By bidding on this auction, the buyer consents to service by certified mail. The venue for legal action other than non-paying bidder disputes, such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale other than non-paying bidder disputes from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County.
