Up for sale we have a 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS clone. In 1970 Chevy changed the body on the Chevelles and gave it a new more rounded body. Also they moved the tail lights to the bumper which gave it a cleaner look. The one we have for you is done in a Killer Blue and White scheme and comes with the Big Block, 4 Speed, and the 12 Bolt rear end. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 50 to 60 cars at all times. We don’t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that’s how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the Chevelle. The body has great lines with good fit and finish of the panels. It has the true Cowl Induction Hood at is should. Everything is covered in the Astro Blue paint that is accented by the White stripes. It’s a base coat clear coat with the stripes under the clear and has been buffed and polished to a deep rich shine. At the time of the resto they installed new bumpers as well as other new chrome. The stainless is in good condition. All the weather stripping was replace and all the glass looks good. The final exterior touch is the set of 18” and 20” American Racing Wheels with the Stain Gray Centers and Polished Rings.

Next, we will take a look at the interior of the ’70. When you look inside it looks like new. The seta and door panels are done in pearl and make for a killer complement to the exterior scheme. The dash, carpet, and headliner are done in black. This Chevelle has the Bucket Seats and Console and what looks appears to be the right shifter. A set of aftermarket gauges and tach were added. The steering wheel was changed to the custom grip SS wheel. Also they upgraded the radio the vintage AM/FM.

Finally, we will take a look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood you will see that the inner fenders and firewall have been painted to match the exterior and give it a Pro Touring Style. Also you will see the 454 V8 that is mated to a 4 Speed Trans and a 12 Bolt Rear End. The engine is dressed with a Chrome Intake and Holley Carb. Also it has chrome valve covers, breather, and alternator. To give it a little sound it has Headers and Flow Master Exhaust. This ’70 is equipped with Power Steering and Power Brakes with Disc on the front. When you look under it you will see all the floors looks solid.
