Exterior:

Exterior is in very good shape. The sleek black paint is in very good condition, has a nice shine and is smooth to the touch. There are very few flaws, nothing out of the oridinary for a used vehicle, a couple minor rock chips and not much more. Lights are all functional, all lighting lenses are in good condition. The projector headlights provide that high end luxurious look while providing that superior light output. The rear LED tail lights are also working as designed. Glass is in good shape as well. Doors, hood and trunk operate as designed. Wheels are in very good shape with minor scuffs.

Interior :
Interior is in very nice overall condition,seems as it was a non-smoker's vehicle, there are no odors. Equipped with the Luxury package its leather interior is in very good shape with no rips tears or signs of excessive wear, heated seats fuction normally. Dashboard is smooth, no cracks or sun fade. Electronics and associated buttons/controls are all working as they should. Radio, navigation and power screen are working perfectly. The navigation screen does have a small scratch but is not very noticaeable and does not effect its operation in anyway. Speakers all sound great and has a factory auxilliary input and a USB input, perfect for your mp3 player,smartphone or any device with an audio output. A/C blows cold, heat blows hot and the dual climate control works as designed. Factory Keyless Entey working as designed as well. The wood grain is in good shape and the Ultra View Sunroof is fully operational.

Mechanical:
This CTS4 Starts right up and idles smoothly. Motor has nice smooth power through out its rpm range. Transmission shift perfect. Awd is working as designed as well. Brakes are in good shape with plenty of life remaining. Steering is tight and responsive, suspension is also responsive and rattle free. Alignment is straight and the four matching michelin tires are in like good condition with approximatley 60% tread remaining. This is a VERY well running car with many years or service ahead of it. No known problems , no leaks , no noises, no electrical problems and everything is working as it should.

 Other: Title- Registerable/transferrable New Jersey title with previous rebuillt branding, there is an insurance claim in the cars history which is required to be disclosed.

Keys- Vehicle comes with 2 keys and 2 remotes.

Pick Up:

Should the buyer decide to pick up the vehicle, we are more than happy to meet with the buyer at a given location, local airport or other transportation facility and complete the transaction in person.

We can arrange for your new vehicle to meet you at a location, where you can easily complete the paperwork in a matter of minutes and be on your way. Insurance and other information will need to be documented and processed before your arrival.

Right to inspection:
All buyers have the right to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding on the auction. We strive to accurately describe the vehicle but we must remind you that you are buying a used vehicle, generally its always better to inspect prior to bidding and bid accordingly. We will glady supply additonal specific pictures or information upon request. If the buyer decides to forfeit the right to the available vehicle inspection prior to bidding, the vehicle is to be accepted in current condition,  we make every attempt to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible.

Payment:
A $400 deposit is due immediately (within 24 hours of the auction close) and the balance is to be paid in full and payment must clear prior to shipping.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash (in person when picking up), certified check, loan check, money order or bank wire transfer. We may be able to accept a personal check from certain banks, please contact us before making such a payment.

 If the funds cannot be made availabe immediately we will provide a copy of title and retain the original until funds clear. 

If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise locally. Please arrange financing prior to bidding, we can assist as needed.

Fees: We charge a small fee of $150 which includes the title transfer , state document processing and a transportation tag if needed. Taxes, additional home state title and registration fees are not included and vary from state to state.

Taxes: We must collect sales tax for all NJ sales, currently 7%
