1. Bidding

Notice to Bidders

Let’s all play by the eBay rules. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Please remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above as outlined in the User Agreement that you accepted when you registered as an eBay™ Community Member.

Bidder’s Age

You must be 18 years or age or older to bid.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding so we can chat about options: 816-659-3027.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Pure Pursuit Automotive within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 1 business day of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

2. After Winning: The successful winning bidder will receive an email from us with instructions on completing the purchase. Please remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above as outlined in the User Agreement that you accepted when you registered as an eBay™ Community Member.

3. Deposit and Payments: As a sign of good faith on your part, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 within 1 business day or in the very least, contact needs to be established between the buyer and our company after the end of auction. We accept cash (in person, up to $10,000), credit cards (up to $3,000), money order, cashier's check, wire and ACH bank transfers, and third-party financing. The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 calendar days after the end of auction in the payment methods listed, and must include applicable fees and taxes. More details on the fees and taxes below. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. International buyers, wire transfers only. Disclosure, Warranties and 3^rd Party Inspections: As seller, we know it’s our job to disclose as much information as possible about this vehicle through our world-class video, pictures and written descriptions. In turn, it is the responsibility you as buyer to verify the condition of your car purchase, so please ask questions. 

You’re why we’re here. Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Please be advised that we only sell used vehicles and even though we only source the best, they will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and all mechanical parts are unfortunately subject to fail. If something isn’t making sense to you, is not what you think it was or should be, or have continued questions that you feel we haven’t covered, feel free to give us call prior to any other actions so we can answer your questions or rectify the situation.

We're sorry, but Missouri does not collect sales tax for any other states, so please plan ahead with your financial institution for these sizable costs. Out of state buyers are responsible for all State, County, City Taxes, and Fees, as well as Title/Registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

(1) Missouri residents are responsible for Tax, Title, and License.

(2) Out of state buyers are responsible for taxes and registration in their home state.

6. Re-listing: If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the deposit is not received within 1 day, or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 calendar days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or to the next highest bidder or sell to any other qualified buyer.

7. Fees and Paperwork: Unlike traditional dealerships, we do not believe in excess fees for extra profit at your expense. To meet our goal of transparency to you, this is our only fee: All winning bidders are required to pay $150.00 for PurePaperwork™, including your all online paperwork and with that comes a temporary Missouri 30 day tag so you can enjoy your purchase for a while before you have to do more paperwork.
