The winner of this auction must submit a deposit, in the amount of $1,000.00, within 2 hours of the auction close.  If the auction ends on a Sunday, or after 9pm EST, the deposit is due the next business day by 12pm EST.  The balance due is required within four business days. Acceptable forms of payment are: money order, certified check, bank wire, third party bank financing or by using our financial services. Rates and financing term are available at your request. If the deposit or final balance is not paid in the required time frame, we reserve the right to cancel the sale. 

Pennsylvania residents are required to pay Pennsylvania state sales tax and DMV fees at the time of delivery. Non-PA residents are responsible for paying their state sales tax at time of registration in their state. For non-PA resident who are financing the vehicle, either through our dealership or through your own financial institution, unless otherwise directed in writing by the financial institution, we are required to collect, and remit, sales tax to the state in which you reside at the percentage rate  imposed by your state. Additionally, for non-PA residents who are financing the vehicle, we are required to collect the necessary fees for, and complete for you, titling and registration in your state. We charge a $131 documentary fee to cover substantial administrative and paperwork costs. While the documentary fee is capped by Pennsylvania statute, it is not a state imposed fee.

Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle in person or arranging shipping of the vehicle. We do not ship the vehicle ourselves nor do we collect payment for shipping. Once picked up by the shipping company, we will not be held liable or responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the transport of your vehicle. This matter should be addressed with the transport company.

While we take great pride in our reconditioning process, the vehicles up for auction are pre-owned and may have minor cosmetic flaws. As you can see in our many pictures and lengthy descriptions, we leave little to the imagination. All of our auctions will show photographs of keys, owner's manuals and any extra equipment such as remotes, headphones, etc - included with the purchase. Anything not shown should be assumed not to be included. The exception to this are CPO cars, which will all come with two keys and an owners manual. Please call or email us with any questions prior to placing a bid.

All vehicles listed for auction are available for sale at our Volkswagen, Porsche, Audi dealership.  In the normal course of business, any vehicle listed for auction may sell at our retail location.  In the event that this happens, we will make every effort to promptly remove the listing and notify all bidders.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
