CARFAX reports seven previous owners and the car was registered in numberous states. Most recently in Texas. It was at one point a Lexus Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. This Lexus was just inspected and worked on by Clear Choice Independent Lexus Specialists. No accidents reported to CARFAX, however the car has had some minor previous paint work. The refinishing is of professional quality, and you wouldn't know it if we didn't tell you. The mileage is accurate, but if you look at the Carfax someone miss keyed the mileage at one time. However, all other mileage inputs are consistant. No signs of previous flood damage. Carfax shows no history of flood damage or branded title.

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged Texas Sales tax, title, or license fees. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. The $125 Dealer Documentation and Vehicle Inventory Tax do apply.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Every transaction is subject to our documentation fee of $125. The Vehicle Inventory Tax is .2032% of the total sale price (example $10,000 sale price the VIT is $20.32). All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $250 partial payment within 2 days of winning the auction. The partial payment is non-refundable and will be treated as a restocking fee. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for final payment.
Legal
It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be in conducted in Harris County, Texas. Both parties will enter into an arbitration agreement.
