This is a 1986 Jaguar XJ6 Vanden Plas with 102,700 miles on the odometer.  The car is finished in Antelope Thermoplastic (apparently British for Brown!) and has a Doeskin (Tan) Leather Interior.  When looking at value for money, this car is high up there on the scale.  This particular car runs and drives very well.

This 1986 Jaguar XJ6 VDP is fitted with the robust and reliable straight 6 cylinder Jaguar 4.2 liter engine coupled to a 3 speed automatic transmission.  For anyone concerned, Jaguar's reliability problems were primarily restricted to the V12 engine not the 6 cylinder which had been in production and constantly improved for about 40 years.  The body is in very good shape and the interior is very acceptable.  The headliner needs to be adjusted and there are cracks in the veneer on the dash but considering the miles, the car is in great condition, is a great driver with luxury appointments.
