Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale below are aplicable to cash purchases, and if Aplicable to any vehicles listed for Auction. NOTE: We are not an Auction Site, but a Licensed, Bonded, and Insured Car Dealership. All Prices listed are No-Hassle, No-Haggle, Cash Purchse prices for Vehicles.
Payment
The buyer will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 Business days of the close of auction. Deposit may be made via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Or Discover Card. Payment is due in full within 5 Business days via: Cash, certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have payment in full or approved financing in place before bidding on this item.
Fees and Taxes
All buyers, in or out of state, will be subject to a $163 documentary service fee. Illinois Residents will be charged a 7.00% sales tax, applicable license and title fees. The buyer is responsible for any additional local, city and county taxes that may be levied upon registration. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to honestly and accurately describe this vehicle to you. Prestige Motor Works Inc has tried to disclose any and all pertinent information known about this vehicle prior to the auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches, dents, dings inherent wear and tear for their year. Every vehicle on our lot undergoes a 60 Point Inspection, and most vehicles are eligible for our Free 3 Month/3,000 Mile Power-train Warranty, please see dealer for details. Prestige Motor Works Inc welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Warranty
Free* 3 Month Power-Train Limited Warranty Coverage
Engine: Internally lubricated parts; cylinder heads; intake manifold; pistons; piston rings; wrist pins; connecting rods and bearings; crank-shaft and bearings; camshaft and bearings; timing chain and gears; valve covers; rocker arms/shafts and bushings; valves and valve springs, seats, guides, push rods, and hydraulic lifters; oil pump; and oil pan. Engine block only if damaged by a covered component internal to the engine housing. Timing belts, fuel injectors, turbo chargers, and superchargers are not covered.
Automatic Transmission/Transfer Case: All parts contained within the transmission or transfer case housing; torque converter; bands; pump; pump housing; carrier assembly; planetary gears; chain; drums; reaction shaft; governor; valve body; and servo assemblies. Transmission and transfer cases only if damaged by a covered component internal to the transmission or transfer case housing.
Manual Transmission/Transfer Case: All parts contained within the transmission or transfer case housing; main shaft; counter shaft; all gears; chain; input shaft; hub assemblies; synchronizers; shift rails; shift fork; and internal transmission bearings. Transmission and transfer cases only if damaged by a covered component internal to the transmission or transfer case housing. A manual clutch and related components are not covered.
Drive Axle Assembly: All parts contained within the front and rear drive axle housing; pinion bearings; wheel bearings; side carrier bearings; ring and pinion; side gears; spider gears and case; drive shaft; universal joints; constant velocity joints; and 4x4 hubs. Front or rear drive axle housing only if damaged by the above covered components.
Seals & Gaskets: Seals and gaskets are covered only when required in conjunction with the replacement of a covered component. Additionally, cylinder head and intake manifold gaskets are not covered for coolant leaks.
Labor: The authorized time for a repair shall be based on the Mitchell OnDemand labor guide and the hourly labor rate will be based on the shop's accepted flat rate to repair or replace the covered component, but not to exceed forty-five ($65.00) dollars per hour.
Rental Benefits: You will be reimbursed twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for each eight hours of Mitchell OnDemand labor guide time to repair or replace the covered component with a maximum benefit of three hundred ($300.00) dollars per claim, if proof of rental is provided. Down time, regardless of reason, is not included.
Towing: Should your vehicle need to be towed, we will reimburse up to a maximum of fifty ($50.00) dollars, if proof of towing is provided with an authorized claim.
COVERAGE LIMITED TO ABOVE COMPONENTS and a MAXIMUM BENEFIT OF $1,500. See contract for full details, terms, conditions, etc.
* Customer May Opt-Out of the 3 Month Warranty Coverage Option, In Lue Customer will receive a $150 discount which may be credited towards the Vehicle Purchase Price or other extended warranty products.
