I bought this Lincoln only as a summer vehicle to go on vacation with my wife's family.  When I looked at it in February, it was solid underneath, it has good tires and ran fine when I test drove it.  The guy selling it didn't get back to me until March, he said he needed it to go back and forth to New Jersey and that it was a good running vehicle.  He drove it to my house and I took his word for it that everything was okay, so I bought it.  It was a few weeks before I first drove it because it needed an inspection and none of the places that I called had stickers.  When I drove it to the inspection place, after about 3 miles it started running bad. It passed inspection but on the way home, it was losing power at low speeds but would gain it back when at around 20mph.  I called the guy who sold it to me and his friend gave me the name of a garage to take it to.  The guy at the garage connected his scanner and based on the code that came up, he thinks it's either a catalytic converter, coil packs or injectors.  I told the guy who sold it to me that he should cover the cost of repairs but he is now ignoring me completely.

I bought a fuel filter and plugs and when I went to change the fuel filter, I noticed a brake line leak, I've put less than 20 miles on this vehicle since I bought it.  I'm sure that the guy who sold it to me was well aware that itwasn't running right and has a leaking brake line and that's why he's not returning my calls or messages.   Right now I'm in the middle of a major roof project and I have Zero time to  fool around with this vehicle  so I've decided to cut my losses and move on.  100,000 miles seems low for this type of vehicle, I have seen many Navigators and Ford Expeditions of around the same year that have lasted for well over 250,000 miles,  For someone who wants to put the time in to figure this out, to get it running right and fix the brake line, I'm sure that it could be a great vehicle. My starting price is far below what I paid for it. I am requiring a $250 non refundable deposit upon completion of the auction.  You are welcome to come and see it before you bid.  Feel free to ask questions. You can pay the rest in cash upon picking up the vehicle.  If you back out of the transaction and I end up having to relist the vehicle, the deposit will not be refunded.
