TAXES
All buyers who residents of the state of Florida will be required to pay sales tax at their county rate. An out of state buyer who chooses to pick up their vehicle from the lot will be required to pay sales tax according to their state up to 6%. Sales tax paid to Florida is generally reciprocal in other states. All out of state buyers will be responsible for paying their county and state tax when registering the vehicle in their home state if the vehicle is transported from the lot.
SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not arrange shipping, but will assist in finding a shipping company to meet your needs. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after a vehicle leaves the premises. If the vehicle is to be shipped, full payment must be received prior to delivery of the vehicle to the shipping company.
LICENSED AUTOMOBILE DEALERS
We have many clients who are licensed dealers and exporters. We are familiar with the process of exporting vehicles. We do require a copy of your dealer's license and sales tax certificate for the transaction.
