PM Standley began as a new car franchise dealership selling Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth and Jeep vehicles until the mid 1980s. Now under the ownership of Jason Standley, the founders grandson, PM Standley Motorcars evolution continues.  Jason is a graduate from the Defense Language Institute of Monterey and is a former US Naval Intelligence Officer.  Married for almost 25 years, Jason and wife Shannon live locally in nearby Plano and have raised two sons.  Their oldest son Aaron, who now serves as the companies auction sales manager and youngest son Preston who attends Louisiana Tech University on a golf scholarship.  Jason has more than 20 years of automotive retail and wholesale experience and has recently been nominated by the major media as one of this countries most outstanding business owners.

Winning bidder must contact PM Standley Motorcars within 24 hours toll free at 1-855.875.2571 to finalize their purchase transaction. Successful high bidder must make a minimum deposit of $250.00 within 24 hours and full payment within 4 days of end of auction (unless pre-approved by PM Standley Motorcars). Full payment must be received via cashier check, approved bank draft, cash, certified funds (U.S. Financial Institutions 0nly) or wire transfer. PM Standley Motorcars does not accept PERSONAL or COMPANY CHECKS (unless approved in advance). Failure to meet the deadline or make other arrangements with PM Standley Motorcars will cause the vehicle to be made available for sale to the next highest bidder. Texas residents are responsible for paying state sales tax (6.25%), vehicle inventory tax (calculated at 0.002157% ($21.57 per $10.000), registration fees, documentary fee ($125.00). Out of state buyers are responsible for State of Texas vehicle inventory tax (calculated at 0.002157% ($21.57 per $10.000), documentary fee ($125.00), and are responsible for sales tax, registration fees, or other fees required by their resident state. All vehicles are sold "as is" which means without a factory warranty unless otherwise stated. We recommend all vehicles without a factory warranty remaining be protected by an extended warranty plan. If you are financing your vehicle you may add the extended warranty price into the amount you are financing or as a separate purchase transaction. New cars come with a warranty for a reason, any vehicle, new or pre-owned, can malfunction requiring mechanical repair. You can and should protect your purchased investment with an extended warranty; it's a smart and prudent decision that can save you money in the future. Should you be dissatisfied with your vehicle purchase PM Standley Motorcars will allow you to withdraw from the transaction by paying a ten percent (10%) of purchase price restocking fee. The vehicle must be returned to PM Standley Motorcars within seven (7) days of the customer’s delivered possession of the vehicle with no more than 250 additional miles above the mileage stated on the customers original Odometer Disclosure form. Return shipment expense is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer's shipping company “Vehicle Condition” waybill must not differ from the original PM Standley Motorcars “Vehicle Condition” waybill copy to qualify for transaction cancellation.
