Texas buyers add an addittional 6.25% tax, $95.00 documentation fee and all applicable state title and registration fees. Seller is required by law to collect these fees and to register the vehicle.

If the deposit is not received within the close of the auction or if the balance is not paid in full following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered in.
