Very nice extended cab Tacoma. Engine and Transmission sounds good. The 4x4 system sounds fine. The exterior is good shape with a few minor scratches and dings. Inside is clean.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Initiating a Buynow or bidding on an auction listing obligates you to a legal and binding purchase contract. If you are the high bidder, we expect you to fulfill your commitment to purchase. Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Clarksville reserves the right to cancel any bids and close an auction early in the event that it is no longer available. We cannot hold a vehicle for eBay only until the reserve has been met. We often will end the auction early to the highest bidder once the reserve has been met. We make every effort to end a listing when a vehicle is sold locally however in some rare cases a vehicle may be sold locally and not available. A full refund will be issued in this case for any deposit made.

The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Buyer/Winning bidder agrees to pay balance due within 7 business days of auction close. We will consider exceptions depending on the situation. We are flexible with funding options to include certified checks, cashiers check, certified funds, 3rd party financing, or financing secure through our Financing department (inquire about getting a pre-approval). We can also have it driven to Exporters/Ports in New Jersey for $500. Any other ports, please call me to work out details. We payoff any liens when we trade a vehicle. Therefore our vehicles are clear titles free of all liens. We usually will have the title in hand before advertising but because we deal with U.S. customers typically, we don't always have the title in hand.
