Terms and Conditions

At iAUTOHAUS we are committed to honesty and full disclosure in all of our eBay listings. We are very serious about our auction listings and our business, and kindly ask that you be as well. We will be more than happy to spend any amount of time with our customers either in person, via phone or emails, but as we have many customers to serve we would very much appreciate a true interest in buying, not just idle curiosity. If you do not have serious interest or the financial ability, please do not bid! We reserve the right to end any listing at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and shipping charges. Please note all transportation details and arrangements are between you, the buyer, and the respective transportation company. iAUTOHAUS is NOT the carrier and therefore assumes no responsibility or liability for vehicle damage incurred after leaving our premises. Payment Terms:
The successful buyer, whether by Bidding, Buy It Now, or Best Offer, must submit an immediate $200.00 non-refundable deposit to secure the vehicle. Failure to submit required deposit and or failure to complete transaction within the specified time without prior consent from seller will result in a re-listing of the vehicle and/or selling the vehicle to another bidder or local customer without notice. Deposit payment may be made by PayPal or major Credit Cards.

Vehicle must be paid in full within five (5) business days from the end of the auction. Any exceptions must be approved by the the iAUTOHAUS management.

Payment Methods:
Bank Wire Transfer is the preferred method of payment (add $15 to total amount for wire transfer fee), cash (in person only), Certified Bank Check, 3^rd Party Financing, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal (up to 10% of vehicle purchase price only). If dealer financing is desired please submit a secured credit application at the time of purchase. Pre-approval is available and will speed up the purchase process. Fees and Taxes:
A documentary/administration fee of $350.00 for title work, contract handling, copying, 90 days out of state Temporary Registration Tags, FedEx, postage, etc. will be collected on EVERY vehicle, NO EXCEPTIONS! Arizona residents will pay 8.1 % sales tax and applicable license fees. Out of state buyers who have a vehicle transported out of Arizona will be responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees as well as registration fees in their respective state. If picking up a vehicle in person Tempe City Tax will be collected however State sales tax may or may not be collected depending on your state of residence. If you reside in certain states, sales taxes will be collected at time of purchase and you will receive credit from your ho

me state for taxes paid when you register your vehicle. International buyers will not be charged any US Sales Tax if vehicle is transported out of Arizona via common carrier. Buyer is responsible for any and all duty and customs charges.

Warranty and Accessories:
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "AS-IS". No representations or warranties are made by the seller. Balance of manufacturer warranty may still apply on certain vehicles. Extended Warranties may be available for purchase. Please be advised that you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle which has been previously driven and subjected to normal wear and tear. We make every attempt to present these vehicles in the best possible condition, however there is no way to include every slight imperfection. Certain accessories such as spare keys, factory floor mats, navigation discs, manuals, etc. may not be available. All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. We will be happy to order any accessory for you to purchase upon request. Please verify the existence of any listed options; errors or ommissions are not our responsibility. We are here to answer all your questions, so please ask, do not assume. We welcome pre-sale inspections at your expense at any qualified facility within a 15 mile radius of our dealership. Pricing is subject to change without notice. We are here to help, so please ask!

Titles:
iAUTOHAUS guarantees clear, lien free titles on all of our vehicles. We DO NOT sell cars with salvage titles. All odometer readings are guaranteed to be accurate and an Arizona Odometer Statement will be furnished with every vehicle to the buyer and lender if applicable. Please be aware that all of our vehicles are for sale locally and are subject to test drives and transportation so mileage may sometimes be slightly higher at time of delivery. Titles will be processed and sent via Fed Ex for all "cash" deals (NO lien holder). Please allow 7-21 business days to receive your title; we will provide you with a tracking number once the title has been sent.  Please note titles cannot be processed until all funds have cleared.

Proper Venue:
It is understood that all obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Maricopa County, in the state of Arizona. Any and all obligations of purchaser to pay for the vehicle, as well as taxes and fees shall be payable in U.S. dollars. Buyer and iAUTOHAUS agree that in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle or the sale or transfer thereof that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be Maricopa County, Arizona.
