Vernon Auto Group always guarantees we will deliver clear, clean titles to all customers at vehicle pick-up or delivery.

Vehicle Availability:

Vernon Auto Group reserves the right to sell all vehicles to walk in customers. If we sell a vehicle to a walk in customer we will remove the eBay auction once the vehicle is delivered. We strive to provide auctions on all in stock units but due to the conflict of walk in customers purchasing vehicles that may be on eBay auctions then issues may arise. If an instance occurs where an eBayer hits the Buy It Now on a vehicle that has just sold to a walk in customer then Vernon Auto Group will make its best efforts in locating an acceptable replacement vehicle for you but this is not guaranteed.

New Vehicle Pricing:

All NEW vehicles are priced with rebates that are applicable to everyone and are based on Texas Region rebates. Rebates may or may not be different depending on the region in which you register your New vehicle. Rebates that may be included in the price are customer cash, finance incentive(if applicable), and trade in assistance(if applicable). No other special rebates are included in New vehicle pricing.

Out of State
Out of state buyers are not charged sales tax, title, or license fees on used vehicles. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. On new vehicles, the dealership must register, title, and pay your taxes(in your state) which the buyer will be charged for. All buyers pay a $150.00 Documentary fee and vehicle inventory tax. All New vehicles will pay an additional $250 for Nation Wide DMV which is the service that titles and registers your vehicle. This is to ensure proper procedures and documentation required by our dealer's license.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. All buyers pay a $150.00 documentary fee and vehicle inventory tax. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. If the auction ends after business hours, please email or call to confirm and consummate your deal.

Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 1 hour of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days.

Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
