The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.

Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

The State of Illinois has an agreement with the following states to collect a percentage of their state taxes. (Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina and Vermont) The collected percentage is then forwarded to the state in which you are registering the vehicle. It is a ONE time fee & you will receive Documentation from us that you paid this tax at time of purchase.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. In addition to the price of the vehicle, a document fee of $164.30 and a $10 Drive-away fee (Non- Illinois residents) is applied to the final price of the vehicle. VINETCH (Passive Theft Deterrent System Consisting of a Unique Set Of Numbers Etched in to The Body Pannel) has been pre-isntalled on all of our cars for a fee of $199 to protect your vehicle. Illinois residents are subject to all local registration fees and taxes. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1997 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly assist you.

If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if reserve has not been met, or the auction has not ended.

All vehicles are described as accurately as possible, but please remember that we are human and make mistakes. Please call us should you have any questions about the vehicle (options, keys, owners manuals, etc.. )
Please note that Elite Motors sells pre-owned vehicles. Please expect each vehicle's condition to correspond to its year and/or mileage. Please do not assume that any terms such as mint, great, excellent, etc.. are terms that are used to imply that a vehicle is new or like new. Further, do not assume that all maintenance has been performed, or that items of normal wear and tear have been replaced and/or reconditioned unless explicitly specified.

Feedback must be left at the time of pickup of vehicle. No exceptions. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 847-949-9933 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Elite Motors Inc. has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Elite Motors Inc. welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details.

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with a zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Elite Motors Inc. within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Please be advised that our vin decoding software preselects vehicle options. Although we do our best to verify all vehicle options, the software is not always 100% accurate. Please make certain to physically verify vehicle options, we will not be responsible for advertising typos post sale. Our sales staff will be more than happy to assist you in contacting a manufacturing dealer to verify vehicle options.
