It is absolutely the buyer responsibility to verify the mechanical & the physical condition of the vehicle by either stopping by to test drive it or by hiring a 3rd party to have it inspected on his behalf. We selling a used car and we selling it AS IS WHERE IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. this means that you have no right to call us claiming that we miss represented the vehicle. We are not psychics  and we cannot predict the future so please accept the fact that at anytime something might fail or break down in a used vehicle.
we sell most of our vehicles below the market value and we are happy to make little profit that is why we have no room to refund any money that a customer might demand to go towards any minor or major repair.
 
On the other hand we believe that customer satisfaction is number one on our list that is why all of our vehicles comes with a " BUY BACK GUARANTEE ". below is how the buy back guarantee works.
 
1. Customer who comes in person to pick up the vehicle and drive it back home can cancel the deal at the dealership or after driving it no more than 100 miles. In this case we will refund his money in full. NO REFUND on any airline tickets or travel expenses. We will be more than happy to give you a complimentary ride back to the airport.
 
2. Customer who end up having the vehicle shipped has 24 hours from the time the shipping company drop it off to inform us that they want to return the vehicle. They can drive the vehicle  but maximum of 100 miles. It is customer responsibility to arrange for the shipping back to our dealership. As soon as we receive the  vehicle we will inspect it to make sure that it is still in the same condition it was picked up in. After confirming this we will issue a full refund less the transportation cost from and to the dealership. meaning that there is NO REFUND on the shipping cost.
 
The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction closing to confirm sale transaction. If confirmation is not made, we have the right to offer the car to the next qualified bidder.
The deal must be consummated within 5 days  from the end of the auction.
