I am private seller selling my own vehicle that I purchased six years ago in Arizona.  As you can tell from the pictures a professional would spend some detailing inside an out to sell. While there is West Texan dust to be seen in the picture, you might also see that corrosion is largely absent in this part of the country.

I tried to capture the overall state in amateur pictures – especially the shortcomings:

Check engine light is on. I had it checked. My trusted mechanic called it nonsense caused by an oversensitive emissions diagnostic system.  I adhered his advice and ignored it for the last 3 years rechecking at every inspection if something serious caused a new error code.

Above the back bumper left there is a crack from parking damage (my wife).

The cover of the passenger side seat belt is loose.

One of the chrome covers on the front grille is attached with two fasteners.

The cassette player is not working.

The cover of the OEM reader in the car is broken (seems to happen frequently)

That is all I have recognized as non-perfect. Otherwise, I just love driving this car. Family size, however, makes me part from our family sedan and look for a full size SUV.  Except for the bulletproofing, the car has all options that I know to be available.  It looks like the car in James Bond “Tomorrow never dies” – even with the alloy rims.  You even get the original BMW bike rack that personally I brought back from Germany. This insanely expensive feature is quite modifiable (eg. for canoes or roof racks) and it holds and locks three bicycles. The roof rack in the picture (without the bikes) is included in this auction.

You are bidding on a used vehicle with no warranty stated or implied.  The car is located in Lubbock TX and I encourage you to stop by to see and ride it in person.  You are welcome to have it inspected locally at your cost and I will try to accommodate that.  While I am happy to assist the pickup, shipping and/or pickup is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The seller reserves the right to sell the car locally.

Good luck bidding.  Dr. Schneider
