This 1970 Buick Skylark Custom Convertible, VIN# 44467OH232350, was built at Buick's Flint, Michigan assembly plant on January 26th, 1970 and was delivered to Gardner Buick, Inc. in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. It was purchased new by Edward George Allen, Jr.,who owned and maintained the car for the next 32 years.
Mr. Allen kept and passed along records and documentation representing his entire ownership. In addition to keeping records of regular service and maintenance, Mr. Allen kept his original 1970 Buick owner Protecto-Plate, his original temporary registration, original build sheets, even the original New Vehicle Pre-Delivery Check done a month before he purchased the car. I was lucky enough to purchase this car nearly eight years ago and during my ownership have upgraded it to National Show Winner status.

The car is equipped with Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Power Top, COLD Factory A/C, Tilt Steering Wheel, Automatic Transmission, Factory Delco AM-FM radio, 15 inch Buick Rally Wheels and B.F. Goodrich raised letter steel belted radial tires. Chrome bumpers are as new; exterior moldings and trim pieces are shiny and bright. Note special touches like the Buick Tri-Shield Outside Remote Driver Mirror. That was a one year-only factory option! Engine is the original 350 cubic inch V8 with a 4-BBL Quadrajet carburetor. The original single exhaust has been changed to the Magnaflo 2 1/4" performance dual exhaust and the intake has been upgraded to a performance aluminum intake from Cars, Inc. The changes increased the H.P. approx. 50 h.p. to approx. 280 H.P.
Engine and trunk compartments are fully detailed. Everything works, including the ice cold factory A/C, the original radio, even the clock! This 1970 Buick Skylark Custom Convertible is one of only 4,954 produced.
