Engine performance is brought by a naturally-aspirated 1.3L rotary engine making 232 horsepower at 8500 rpm (212 horsepower at 7500 rpm with the automatic transmission) and 159 lb-ft of torque at 5500 rpm. We do not allow bidding for zero or negative feedback bidders.

SUCCESSFUL BIDDER

We reserve the right to relist or sell the vehicle to a qualified buyer in the event that the winning bidder does not pay. We also reserve the right to sell the vehicle to the second highest bidder if the winning bidder does not contact us within 24 hours of the close of the auction.

DEPOSIT

The successful bidder/winner will submit a deposit of $1000.00 within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. The deposit may be paid via major credit card over the phone. Full payment must be made within 3 days. We do not accept American Express or pay pal

All buyers who residents of the state of Florida will be required to pay sales tax at their county rate. An out of state buyer who chooses to pick up their vehicle from the lot will be required to pay sales tax according to their state up to 6%. Sales tax paid to Florida is generally reciprocal in other states. All out of state buyers will be responsible for paying their county and state tax when registering the vehicle in their home state if the vehicle is transported from the lot.

SHIPPING

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not arrange shipping, but will assist in finding a shipping company to meet your needs. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after a vehicle leaves the premises. If the vehicle is to be shipped, full payment must be received prior to delivery of the vehicle to the shipping company.
