Out of State Buyers
USA Motors does not collect sales tax for Out of State buyers. Out of State buyers pay sales tax in their home state. Out of State buyers will be charged a mailing fee, documentary fee, and dealer service fee as stated below. A $25 mailing fee is added to all out of state transactions (this covers your title and paperwork to be mailed to you priority mail). The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Our documentation fee is $75.00, as well as a $139.00 Dealer Service Fee. Our document and service fees are collected by USA Motors INC. and are not required by law. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 2 days (48 Hours) of winning the auction. Deposits can be accepted over the phone by credit card or paypal. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. We can only accept Paypal for a deposit only and not full vehicle payments. Deposit's are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposit's on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant cost of paperwork and title production, vehicle re-listing fees and loss of dealership productivity.

Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership at 718-629-4747 within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any proceeding shall be Kings County, NY. Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly due to local test-driving, in-transit servicing or road testing. Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt. All vehicles are sold AS-IS. Customers may purchase a warranty for vehicles that qualify for our certified pre-owned program. All vehicles do not come with books and a second set of keys unless stated otherwise in the auction description or photo's.

Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at JFK Airport when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
