All sales are subject to a $50 documentary fee And a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based 0n  0.002508 of the purchase price ($1000x0.002508=$2.508). Texas residents pay also 6.25% sales tax and registration fees.
Out-of-State buyers are required to register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

PAYMENT TERMS

Financing or loan pre-approval are required before bidding. Payments should be made in cash in person, wire transfer or certified funds. We accept Paypal FOR DEPOSITS ONLY. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless we are offering free shipping at the time. CONFIRMING AND CLOSING THE TRANSACTION

Winning bidders are required to contact us within 24 hours after the auction ends to confirm the transaction. failure to confirm gives us the right to offer the car to the next qualified bidder.
The transaction must be completed within 5 days from the end of the auction

The vehicles that we sell are pre-owned and not brand new. Every vehicle is sold AS IS. Mileage may vary because of occasional test drives.
