Up for sale is a 2012 Ford Focus. We purchase this car fairly new from a insurance company with damage. We repaired it professionally with only oem original Ford Parts. This car is perfect again and it has been used for a while in our rental fleet so we can assure you there is no issues resulting from the damages the car had. The car comes with a clean title with salvage history. It can be titled and registred in any state.  The engine on this vehicle is running properly.There is no damage evident on this vehicle.The mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate.This vehicle shows signs of previous collision damage, which has been professionally repaired.This vehicle has a smooth shifting transmission.All power equipment is functioning properly.The interior is clean and in good condition.Overall, this vehicle's exterior is clean.

Financing

When you win an auction on eBay, we will expect you to have financing in order and be ready to finalize your purchase.  You can easily contact Benno at 732 245 2009. We offer financing only with 50% of the purchase price down. Please call if you would qualify. 

Deposit and Payment

Winning bidder or buyer needs to contact us within 24 hours of the end of the auction.  Payment will arranged at that time. A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due within 24 hours. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due plus fees & taxes within 7 days.  Before delivery of the vehicle can take place, all payments must be received and cleared.

If no contact is made within 24 hours of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to relist, sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally.  Please keep in mind that the vehicle is advertised locally and otherwise, and we reserve the right to end the listing early if the vehicle is sold.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We can assist you with finding a shipping company if you'd like.  Feel free to call Benno at 732 245 2009 for more information.  Once the vehicle leaves our dealership, it is the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company. full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Pick-up

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at EWR Newark airport when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

Taxes and Fees:

Buyer will be responsible for all applicable State and Local taxes. If you register the car in NJ we have to collect the 7% Sales tax.  

A dealer documentation fee of 99$ will apply to all purchases.
