This Regal Turbo-T is by far one the most rare and desirable Buick Turbo Regals produced. At 1 of 1547 its second only to the GNX in rarity. Its an original W02(blackout package) WE4. Buick called it the light weight faster Grand National”. I think its one the best preserved Turbo Buicks I have seen. I have had several super low mile GNs and Ts. This is by far the fastest and most fun to own Buick I've had. If you’re looking for a low mile and rare Turbo Buick to add your collection, this is one to strongly consider. I have no excuses to make it and it needs nothing. It not only looks pristine but looks as mean as I’ve ever seen one.


Paint:

The paint on these cars was on average not very good. This one was repainted with one of the most flawless, flat and straight black paint jobs I’ve seen. It has no scratches or dings and still shines wonderfully.  The body is super super straight. It has all the original panels and has no bondo in it. It has never had any rust anywhere. It has a no accident car fax/autoceck.  All of the chrome, emblems, glass and trim are correct and look great. Look at the pics. It really does look that good.

Interior:

This interior is completely original and absolutely outstanding. There are no stains or wear to speak of. It has a rare ATR knock alarm which can be switched on during a blast and will signal as soon as any knock is recognized. It has a scanmaster to watch all the vitals all the time. I have also installed a Zeitronix wide band O2 sensor in the pillar. All the gauges are new autometer top of the line gauges, oil, water, boost, etc. The gauges in the console look great and fit perfectly in the console. The oil pressure gauge was installed professionally with copper tubing.  There is a very non obtrusive 4 point rollbar installed. The rear seats are completely usable by adults. The Alky and the gauge was installed by Julio at Alky Control. A/C is cold. New full top and bottom Kirbans trunk carpet.

Wheels and Tires:

The rims are outstanding  set of super rare and desirable Simmons F-18s. Fronts are 18x9.5 and rears are 18x10.5s. They were first used on Heath Elmers Buicks.  The tires are new super sticky BFG KDW G-force 255/35/18 and 295/305/18.

Suspension:

The suspension is in excellent condition. There are many brand new high performance suspension pieces. Springs are new Eibach prokit springs. Shocks are new Bilstein sport shocks. Sway bars are new Helwig pro-touring bars with the better frame mount rear bars. The ride height and stance is outstanding. The car still rides very smooth but does not slop around like it did stock. The bottom of the car is super super clean. It has very light undercoating in some areas and does not have even a hint of rust. The car clearly looks like a low mileage southern kept and driven car. 

Performance:

This is where I know I will forget a few things. In summary everything has been upgraded with some of the best parts from the air cleaner to the axle. Most mods were performed before I bought it. The car was originally built for pure straight line acceleration. I was told the car ran high 9’s and low 10’s on slicks. Though I love fast cars I do not visit the track with my cars. Im not sure just how fast it is. I will say its faster now than when I bought it. Most of the work was completed before purchased it. I updated the MAF, turbo, and tuning. The 6466 spools super fast and doesn’t hesitate at all.

Heads are M and A aluminum heads with big valves and have been ported and polished for high flow.

Head gaskets are good for 35 PSI.

MSD wires

Block is a 109 block that has been decked and honed. Rotating assembly is forged pistons, stock rods and has been balanced and blueprinted. HP bearings and rings. Block has billet main caps. rotating assembly and block is good for more power. It also has an RJC block torque bracket(replaces torque strap).

Tranny is a non-lockup built with billet parts and 9 converter. Shifts are clean and firm but not too harsh.

Axle is a factory G80 limited slip and has recent(not sure of c-clips) fresh fluid. Its nice and tight around turns not chatty but not loose either.

Derale dual fan 4400 CFM fan and shroud with stainless upper radiator hose, LS1 radiator. Stays solid at 160 in the heat with no A/C and 180 in the heat with A/C.

Line lock brake, fiberglass bumpers and light weight bumper mounts.

The tuning is run by the larger ZO6 MAF and MAF translator feeding the stock ECU with a very good Turbo Tweak chip. Its tuned at 22-24 PSI but more is certainly doable. I tried 28 psi and had no knock on this tune.
